The host was friendly, the service was attentive, and the environment was clean and comfortable with an artistic design. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

This guesthouse is beautiful with a pool and a small fountain, but it's a bit far from the city center.

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great! The host couple, grandma and grandpa, were incredibly kind. They brought us various fruits every day! The entire villa is spacious and beautiful, with a pool perfect for swimming and taking photos. This was definitely the hardest place to leave in Chiang Mai, and I'll definitely be back to stay again!

Beautiful garden! The butler service was excellent! The breakfast was also delicious!! There's also a Thai restaurant next to the hotel! I think it's quite good.

A beautiful house with a very friendly host who tried their best to accommodate all our needs. One day, we had some bugs, and after messaging the housekeeper, they came to resolve it immediately. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A simple breakfast was provided every morning. The pool was also quite large, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it out. It's a bit far from the city center, so you'll mainly rely on taxis, but it's quick to get one, usually within three to five minutes. A great experience overall!

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful, and the host is incredibly thoughtful. Sometimes, if they saw us in the evening, they'd even bring us mangoes. The guesthouse has a gorgeous pool that the host cleans twice a day. One night, we came back wanting to use the pool, but it had just rained after the second cleaning. The host saw us and, in the middle of the night, went back to clean the pool for us – we were so grateful! Another great touch is that the host provides guests with little snacks. The location is a bit of a downside; it's not in the Old City or Nimmanhaemin Road and is a bit far from the city center. However, it's quite close to the train station and the airport, which I guess makes it convenient in a different way.

1. The location is indeed quite remote, feeling more like a villa in a village. There aren't many restaurants or malls nearby, so you pretty much have to take taxis for everything. Most activities I wanted to do weren't within their pick-up range, so I had to pay for all my taxis. 2. When I checked in, there was no one to greet me. Eventually, someone showed up, but the receptionist didn't seem to understand English. I used a translator to speak in Thai, but it seemed like they couldn't even read Thai (possibly a worker from Myanmar in Chiang Mai). As a receptionist, not knowing English or Thai made communication quite difficult. Finally, a man who spoke English arrived and I was able to check in. I found the check-in process to be far from smooth. 3. Regarding hygiene, I found hair from a previous guest on the pillow, which made me wonder if the duvet cover and pillowcases had been changed. (Questionable) 4. A female receptionist cut fresh mangoes for us, and I was very grateful for that. 5. I stayed in the 'Flower Room' type. The room itself wasn't very big, and the furnishings were pretty standard. What I honestly think this guesthouse does well is its garden design. That's definitely commendable. However, the pool was mediocre; it didn't look very clean. At first, I was worried I hadn't brought my swimsuit and would miss out on a nice pool, but after seeing it in person, I felt it was fine to skip swimming. Overall, I feel this place has more hype than substance. However, I believe they didn't intentionally neglect anything, but there's definitely room for improvement. By the way, the toothbrushes in this place and another hotel I stayed at in Chiang Mai were both super, super, super difficult to use – very coarse and rough, making it easy to hurt your gums. A soft toothbrush isn't that expensive, but it can significantly improve the guest experience. I really think they should invest in better toothbrushes. Having worked in hotels myself, I know that running a hotel requires collaboration across many departments. I hope they continue to improve, because no industry can rely solely on gimmicks in the long run.

The hotel owner is incredibly nice and welcoming! I hurt my foot while I was out exploring one day, and the owner saw it and prepared ice packs for me, and even gave us some mangoes 🥭. The hotel environment is also super beautiful, perfect for photos. It's well-equipped with an in-room washing machine, and laundry service is available. The security is great, and there's a garage at the entrance for parking. All in all, I highly recommend it; the experience was fantastic!
