W Hong Kong

Perfect score, 100/100! The service was incredibly warm, and the design of the lobby, restaurant, pool, and guest rooms all exuded exceptional quality. I've stayed at four W hotels – Xiamen and Changsha (no views), and Shanghai and Hong Kong (with views) – and the Hong Kong W offered the best overall experience. We checked in upstairs, and after registering my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite membership, the duty manager arranged for us to stay in a Fantastic Suite, for which I'm extremely grateful. The experience was truly superb. The evening turndown service included chocolates and bottled water. The buffet breakfast met W's signature standard of quality. While I personally felt the variety wasn't as extensive as the Changsha W, the quality was definitely on point. The excellent service from the concierge, front desk, and even the housekeeping staff left a deep impression on me. The sky pool and the gym's elevated sea views were an absolute treat. Whether in the living room, bedroom, or bathroom, the unobstructed sea views were constantly with us – a marvelous feeling that words can hardly describe.

The hotel boasts a sophisticated ambiance and stunning design, with beautiful views. Its location is superb, directly connected to Elements Mall from the High-Speed Rail station. I especially want to thank Pauline, the hotel's customer service representative. When my room was inexplicably canceled by Trip.com, causing me a lot of stress about rebooking, she arranged a two-night consecutive stay for me and even upgraded me to a sea-view room. Her attentive care throughout was truly heartwarming. 🥰

An incredibly satisfying stay! The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. They accommodated my request for a quiet, high-floor room with a sea view, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and skyscrapers. The room was also very clean, which is impressive for a building constructed so many years ago. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit; my satisfaction is 100%. My child especially loved being able to swim on the top floor and enjoy the sea view from our room. A huge thumbs up! Special mention to Wendy, our attendant, whose service was incredibly patient. She turned down our beds, delivered chocolates and water diligently and patiently – truly attentive and thoughtful service. I'd give her a perfect score! Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the Japanese food is cheaper than on the mainland. A set meal is very generous and uses quality ingredients. Plus, there's a mall and a subway station conveniently located downstairs.

This is my second time staying at the W Hotel, and it's as convenient as ever. The hotel is located in Elements Mall, so transportation is incredibly easy with the Airport Express right downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is, hands down, the most convenient hotel to get to Kowloon from the airport. The Airport Express offers a seamless connection. The views are also beautiful, and the service is excellent, especially from Helen at the front desk. She was polite and enthusiastic, providing excellent service to members.

The hotel has a very stylish overall design. The rooms are spacious with a good separation of wet and dry areas. The service is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is abundant, with many hot dishes perfect for an Asian palate. A high-quality stay experience.

The hotel's service was excellent; I felt it was the best service I've experienced in all my trips to Hong Kong. Since I arrived early, the front desk checked and found a room for me, allowing me to check in immediately, which I've never encountered at other hotels before. Usually, they're quite rigid about the 3 PM check-in time. They even proactively asked if I needed a late check-out, which was a nice touch. The breakfast also tasted great. The hotel's location and views are both superb.
