This is my first time giving a hotel a bad review. From check-in to check-out, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I checked in at 5 PM, but my room wasn't ready, so I was forced to upgrade to a room with no view, let alone a sea view. The price simply doesn't match the service. Five-star bad review, avoid this hotel at all costs!!

Check-in was smooth and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit and a welcome card in my room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb; it's less than a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by MTR and bus during my stay in Hong Kong. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient whether you're coming from the high-speed rail station or the airport. The Elements mall downstairs is great for shopping, and it's within walking distance of the West Kowloon Cultural District. It’s a very comfortable area for shopping and leisure, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hong Kong in the future. The hotel staff also provided excellent service. Looking out from the large window in my room, the sunset over Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning. Such a wonderful memory!
