For us, the location was perfect. We were in Singapore mainly to visit SOTA, NAFA, LASALLE and a few other art colleges, and the hotel was very conveniently located for all of this. Another big plus for us was Plaza Singapura, which was very close by. My daughter loved it because of Tori Q and Art Friend, her favourites, inside the mall. The hotel itself is an older property, and you can see that in some areas, but our room was clean, neat and comfortable. A special mention to the young man who took care of our room. He was absolutely wonderful. Very prompt, polite and always made sure the room was done properly. He did a great job throughout our stay and was one of the nicest parts of our experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside Exit B of Bencoolen Station and about a 5-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut Station, making it easily accessible from Changi Airport, Marina Bay, and Orchard. There's also a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, and the National Museum and Fort Canning are within walking distance, so the location is fantastic. The hotel is kept clean, but it does have a slightly dated feel. There's no bidet or hand shower. Even when I accidentally left my key card in the room and went out, the staff handled it kindly.
