The room with a balcony was comfortable overall, perfect for a short trip. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude.

I liked the hotel: everything was on time and in the right quantity. The area is a bit far from the city's entertainment, but quiet. The service was good, but for some reason there weren't many people around. It felt a bit awkward with everyone running around us.

I was quite surprised by the quality of the food, which far exceeded what you would typically expect from a hotel. I even thought it might be the best food in Cambodia, including Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. The staff were also well-trained, and as someone who also runs a business in Cambodia, I understand how difficult it is to train staff, and it's easy to imagine that this is why they spent so much time and effort on training them. The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but that's actually a good thing. It's one of the few hotels where you can feel the slow pace of old Sihanoukville.
