The room design and amenities truly live up to the 'Gold Diamond' standard. The bed was a bit too soft for my back, but my child slept soundly. I loved the Rak tableware and the Zuvi hairdryer (it's incredibly fast-drying). The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful. The gym is on the smaller side. In the changing room, there were toothbrushes but no combs, which I found odd. All the staff were very welcoming. The high ceilings and decor in the lounge area are very stylish and make for great photos – it's stunning! There are also plenty of tables and chairs on the terrace, and the leather sofas add a touch of luxury. Being right outside a bustling commercial area is very convenient, though you can't go to bed too early due to the lively atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the price was definitely worth it.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, just an 8-minute walk from the subway station, making getting around extremely convenient. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very swift. The room was clean and tidy with great soundproofing, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options and tasted delicious. The rooftop pool and bar were both fantastic. A top choice for business travelers, and I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel sales representative I communicated with was fantastic, accommodating most of my requests. My room was cleaned very early, and they happily let me check in early. They even thoughtfully provided two large portions of fruit and some small cakes. Since I was quite particular about the infinity pool, the sales rep proactively gave me various confirmations, which gave me great peace of mind. Communication was smooth and pleasant; the tone was polite, service-minded, and all my questions and requests were answered promptly and actively. The service quality is just super 👍 The front desk guy who checked me in was also wonderful—soft-spoken and readily waived the deposit and granted my request for a late checkout. The female receptionist on my departure day was equally amazing, giving me an extra free hour for checkout and a small departure gift. It was truly wonderful. All the other hotel staff were also very polite and service-oriented. They actively greeted guests in the corridors. The male staff at the infinity pool were also polite, answered questions promptly, and communicated with a great attitude! The service quality here is genuinely top-notch. I really don't understand the negative reviews I saw before—it feels like they stayed at a completely different hotel from me. The service is clearly amazing! I am left with a fantastic impression of the service 👍 The ambiance is also second to none. The infinity pool is breathtaking; enjoying the view from the edge is such a delight, it's super photogenic, and I even caught a stunning sunset! Absolute great value! Room facilities are very new and nice, clean, and tidy. The shower water pressure is gentle and relaxing, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in! The overall comfort of the stay is very high! High quality across the board, comfortable and satisfying stay. Highly recommended 👍

Despite being nearly fully booked, the front desk graciously gave us a free upgrade to a larger Traveller Suite. The service was warm and attentive. The room is spacious, featuring trendy decor and smart home features. Located right in the heart of Qiantang Centre, it's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li, with plenty of restaurants and malls all around. Very convenient! I will definitely choose Kimpton again next time.

The hotel is very close to Shanghai South Railway Station and Qiantan Taikoo Li. The hygiene is excellent and the service is very warm. They even upgraded my room upon check-in. The infinity pool is truly beautiful.

The hotel's facilities are great, and the decor is stylish. The service is very attentive. The rooftop outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise with amazing views of the skyscrapers across the river. The bar has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here.

This is my second stay at Kimpton! Last time, I booked a special package for Tomorrowland, and this time I'm here for EDC. Among hotels in this price range, Kimpton's rooms are probably the newest and most subtly luxurious, which is exactly my style. There are so many popular cafes downstairs, perfect for exploring and dining. It's also very close to Taikoo Li. The service is excellent. I'll definitely be back again.
