Nesta Valley Dalat Hotel - Formerly Golf Valley Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was extremely satisfied. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and provided quick assistance. The room was spacious, clean, and meticulously tidied every day. The modern furnishings, comfortable bed, and fresh-smelling linens ensured I had a very restful sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, all prepared to perfection. The dining area was clean, and the service staff were attentive and always cheerful. Hotel amenities like Wi-Fi, elevators, parking, and common areas all functioned well, adding to the convenience of my stay. What impressed me most was the professional attitude of the entire staff. Every request was handled promptly with a friendly smile, making me feel very welcome. Given the quality of service, cleanliness, and luxurious ambiance, I highly recommend this as a worthwhile 4-star hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return on my next visit and will also recommend it to my friends and family.

Overall, I think the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The view from room 203 was of a Korean restaurant, so I got to enjoy Korean food after a long time. Although the exterior and lobby seemed small, the room itself was comfortable with a large bed and air conditioning. I was worried because of reviews saying it was unfriendly, but it was so good that I'd love to revisit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The room was clean and quiet, and there's a parking lot available.

The night market is a 10-minute walk away, and there are Korean restaurants in front and behind, which is great. The downside is that the bar in front is noisy. It's good that there's a balcony for smoking.

It was so clean and modern, I loved it! My friends who came with me were also satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly too. I plan to use this hotel again next time.

We booked for 4 nights, and the first night was very noisy facing the street. The hotel changed our room and even upgraded it for us. The staff were friendly and I highly recommend it.

This hotel... the last time I stayed, they gave me a low-floor room, and I couldn't even switch to a slightly higher floor, so the view wasn't great. Now, I've returned to Da Lat and am staying here again, and they've given me an even lower floor, the 2nd floor! I already specified on Trip.com that I wanted a higher, quieter room, but they completely ignored it. I'm checking in right now, and if they don't give me a higher floor, I'm going to check out and get a refund.
