Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta

The room was very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. It was like staying with family. They were ready to help you with anything that you needed.

I wasn't aware that my room didn't have a view of the ball park. I would have liked to have been on the side with a view.

This home is gorgeous. Everything you need in a beautiful home with a perfect view. Pool was stunning and host was an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and my room had an excellent view of the stadium. I especially want to recognize Valita at the front desk. She made check-in smooth and was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance extending my stay. Gift, another front desk agent, was also outstanding. After I had an issue with room service, he was accommodating, professional, and made sure my concerns were addressed. Both employees provided excellent customer service and made me feel valued as a guest. The only disappointing part of my stay was room service. I was served an undercooked omelette and home fries. The kitchen remade the meal, it was better, but still wasn't great. On another occasion, I ordered breakfast and received undercooked home fries for a second time. Receiving the same issue twice was frustrating and showed a lack of quality control. I also attempted order dinner one evening and couldn't get anyone on the phone. By the time I finally got an answer I was told orders were no longer being accepted. I do want to mention that the room service attendant was polite, respectful, and professional. The issue I had was with the quality of the food, not the service provided by the staff. Overall, I would gladly stay here again because of the clean accommodations, beautiful views, and exceptional front desk team. I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, with room service receiving 2 out of 5 stars due to the food.

Stayed 2 nights and had wonderful service the entire trip. Great location for a Braves game. Only issue was our bathroom door (barn door type) did not close properly and left a 2 inch gap. Other than that, great time!

Our stay was very great. Walk out of the hotel roght into the battery. The staff was very pleasant especially Biran in valet. We were rearended 15 minutes from the hotel shattering the rear windshield. He was very empathetic and told us not to worry that he would handle everything. When we picked the car up from valet he had vacuumed all the glass and taped plastic over the back of car. What a great guy.

Great gym equipment and clean….quiet room and fun baseball theme design in the hallways and room. The Battery is fantastic and you’re outside of so much to do and there’s no need to even go to downtown Atlanta

We had a wonderful stay! We had tickets for St. Louis Cardinals and Braves games 2 nights and the convenience to the stadium is by far the best around. Staff very friendly, clean rooms, beds a little too hard but a wonderful time. We ate at the restaurant there on site, very pleased. Great service, good food and prices very fair. All in all if you’re going to the braves stadium it’s the place to stay no doubt. We will definitely go back!!!

This hotel was REALLY beautiful. The Battery is full of great restaurants and shops. There were events happening on the lawn that we could enjoy. 100/10 experience!
