Heritage House Motel

Very clean room and everything we needed for a few nights. Easy access and easy parking. Very friendly people. Will definitely be staying there again when I am in town.

Everything was great! Exception staff with fast check in a d rooms were clean and value well worth the stay.

Outside parking. Friendly staff. Heater functioned well. Bathroom was clean and the plumbing in good working order. Small fridge and microwave are nice. Room suited my needs. The doors had real keys.

Parking was convenient and the Hotel located near the downtown action. Check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay in Prescott.

It's an older property so if you are looking for something fancy this isn't for you. BUT It's quite and they keep it clean and nice. They have the a fridge and microwave direct tv which is nice. A key to open the doors. Bring your own coffee if you want coffee or breakfast. You are pretty close to the square but not really walking distance. The lady that runs the office is very nic. She runs the office and i believe also cleans the rooms. But don't check in late no one will be there. Bring extra pilliows theres 2 per queen bed. AC works great. Small parking lot. If you want something simple this is the place for you. I will keep this on my list.

I enjoyed my short day at this hotel. It's a neat little place. It's a little older, but everything is well kept and clean. It is close to all kinds of different restaurants and shopping. For me, the value was excellent for the money, and I would not hesitate to come back here.

Clean room and great service at a reasonable price. We appreciate that we were able stay at this motel while listening to others that attended the same function as us complaining about the cost of the big name motels they stayed in.

The room was very noisy, the road 50 ft from our window and as it is the main street into the city, well it was noisy most of the night.
