I stayed at the Berna S Hotel Xiamen Railway Station and the room facilities were excellent. It was clean and tidy overall, with a simple yet elegant decor. The smart devices in the room were very user-friendly; controlling the lights and curtains with voice commands was a fantastic experience. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered robot delivery service and self-service laundry facilities, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff had a good service attitude, and the location near the railway station made transportation convenient. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xiamen!

My favorite was the soy milk, haha – it was even better than eating out. Finally, I have to mention the service. The staff were always smiling and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a king-size bed for free. One evening, I came back exhausted, and a staff member greeted me with 'Welcome back,' making me feel right at home. As soon as I exited the South exit, before I even fully registered my surroundings, I was already at the hotel's elevator. It was incredibly convenient.
