Toy Story Hotel

This hotel is super cute and a great experience if you want to stay on property and can’t afford the Disneyland hotel, or if you have a Toy Story fan in your life. Much like its sister hotel in Japan they went all out in the theming department. Close to the airport and the shuttle bus takes maybe 5 minutes to drop you off. In the morning you’re dropped in Disneytown and evening outside of it. Early entry comes with your stay and if you don’t want to fight the timing between breakfast buffet and first bus they were walking some sandwiches and drinks thru the line between buses. The staff were friendly and the room was larger than expected. There were some activities around the hotel and in the lobby if you’re back in your room or need a break from the park. BoPeep was in the lobby several times during our stay taking photos and meeting everyone. The breakfast buffet was fine but if you’ve got picky eaters you may find it a little challenging. It’s decently sized and there were at least 5 stations of food but It’s just growing into having more Western items, with just one small station. My one complaint is there isn’t much in the way of convenience eating or shopping. There’s the marketplace with some food and drink options, but there wasn’t a snack store or many options in the way of food.

Overall customer service is satisfactory and the room amenities are great. Perhaps we were arriving in late afternoon, the room that allocated randomly to us is at he back side of the hotel without a nice view 😅
