Toy Story Hotel

The room itself was decent, with a playful, childlike theme, though a bit small, and the bathtub was also on the smaller side. They provided a surprise birthday cake, but it wasn't really to my taste. The biggest selling point was the ability to enter the theme park an hour early, but there were also many people who bought early access passes, so it didn't really give us much of an advantage.

The hotel service was fantastic, and all the staff were very friendly. Room service was incredibly prompt, and they even brought us lots of little stickers. There were daily activities for kids, like making small crafts, which were really nice souvenirs. The shuttle to the park was also very convenient. The hotel's facilities, however, were pretty standard and not particularly high-tech, just what you'd expect from an average hotel.

The hotel offers an early access pass to Disneytown, which makes taking the hotel shuttle in the morning very convenient. It parks in a dedicated lot, separate from other vehicles and taxis, and is super close to the park. The hotel also has Toy Story character meet-and-greets for photos, saving you the time of waiting in line at the park. Plus, luggage stored at the hotel can be delivered to a free storage facility in Disneytown, which is all incredibly convenient.

Remember to specifically request a room that is *not* a connecting room. The soundproofing in those rooms is absolutely terrible. For two nights in a row, I was kept awake by the noise from the next room – either a child crying loudly in the middle of the night or someone having a boisterous video call. The hallway is also very narrow, so you can hear every little sound as people walk by!

Beyond my expectations, I was very satisfied. I stayed for one night and bought two and a half-day tickets. No need to wake up early, I had a great time. I slept until I woke up naturally, had breakfast, and then slowly headed out. The front desk service was very attentive; the staff, both male and female, were all very thoughtful. The Woody and Donald Duck pancakes at breakfast were delicious. It's rare that the coffee wasn't bad, and the Mickey disposable coffee cup was a pleasant touch. My child and I both loved the complimentary luggage tag. If I had to pick two things that weren't satisfactory: 1. For a hotel at this price, it surprisingly didn't have a swimming pool. 2. I have to complain about their room service. After returning to the hotel from Disney, I was already very tired. I ordered a tomato seafood beef noodle for 118, and specifically called to ask for two sets of children's cutlery. They said it was all disposable and they would give me a few extra sets. However, when it was delivered to the room, they only gave two extra pairs of disposable chopsticks but no food containers. That was quite thoughtless.

The room, though a bit small, was very charming and exquisitely decorated in dopamine-inducing colors. The details featured IPs from TOYS, creating a wonderful ambiance that just made me happy. They also provided postcards and some souvenirs in the room, which my child absolutely loved. The only thing that could be improved was the wake-up call service from BUZZ in the morning; the sound was a little too low and not energetic enough.
