Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It's located right in the city center, very close to the conference venue, and surrounded by lots of great food options. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely book here again next time!

Our birthday trip was made absolutely perfect by the Grand Hyatt! The staff not only prepared a delicious birthday mini cake and cookies, but also upgraded our standard King room to a Grand Club King room with a partial harbor and park view. The view of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour from the 30th floor is impressive no matter the time of day. The room facilities were great and didn't feel dated at all. As for transportation, taking a taxi is very convenient, and the doormen proactively ask if you need one. Walking to the MTR Wan Chai Station takes about 8 to 10 minutes: just head towards Immigration Tower, take the footbridge, and you're there—quite convenient. All in all, the hotel was wonderful, though Hong Kong in general was just so-so. Nowadays, Hong Kong really cannot compete with neighboring Japan and South Korea when it comes to shopping, dining, and the notoriously poor service attitude... The Grand Hyatt was definitely one of the few bright spots of this trip~~

The hotel service was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a good variety of breakfast options, but the taste was just average. The room was reasonably spacious with a partial view of the harbor, which was quite nice!

Very luxurious and absolutely wonderful!!!! I loved it so much, and the service was exceptional. It truly lives up to its high-end, 5-star positioning. A fantastic experience, I really loved it! Will definitely book again next time I'm here!

The location is right next to Exhibition Centre Station, and having a 7-Eleven downstairs makes it very convenient. Getting to Causeway Bay takes about 5 minutes by taxi. The check-in process was also quick. The bathtub fills up fast when taking a bath, but the only issue was the cleanliness of the tub, as there were some short, unidentified hairs.

Came to Hong Kong for shopping and the fireworks. The hotel has a great location with fantastic views of Victoria Harbour. The service was warm and attentive. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Very nice stay, will definitely come back again. Great ocean view, clean and tidy.
