I took the high-speed rail from Hong Kong West Kowloon to Futian, and then transferred to Line 11 to the airport. I was a bit confused when I first came out, but after calling the front desk, I found out I needed to take the elevator to Level 2 (Domestic Departures), then head to Gate 14 and go up to the third floor. You don't even have to leave the terminal building—it's so convenient! The front desk check-in was efficient and warm, and the room was clean and cozy. Every detail made me feel comfortable and truly at home. A big shoutout to Haven at the front desk!

I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is hearty and impressive. The staff are polite and attentive with great service. It's ideal if you have an early morning flight. However, the location is a bit tricky to find: after exiting the subway, go up to the 2nd floor, cross the footbridge, head to the other building, exit through Gate 14, and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.

The hotel's location is super convenient—right at the departure airport—and the staff were very attentive. The only issue was that I felt unwell after having dinner at the restaurant, though it's hard to say who to blame, as the rest of the family only suffered from mild bloating. Whether it was just ordering food that was too greasy or something wasn't quite fresh, I'm not sure.

Shoutout to Peter! We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, and he checked us in very efficiently. He also invited us to join the membership program, which gave us two complimentary breakfasts. We are truly grateful for his help.

Very close to the airport—you can just walk straight through the lobby to get there. It's ideal for catching early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The hotel environment and cleanliness are both fine, but I hope they can improve the early-morning takeaway breakfast service: they didn't have takeaway boxes, only paper bags, so we could only pack bread and yogurt.

The hotel is very close to Bao'an Airport—just a 5-minute walk to check in, saving you the hassle of a long commute. It's especially ideal for early morning flight passengers. The breakfast is diverse, clean, and delicious. The room is comfortable and clean, and you can easily open two 28-inch suitcases without feeling cramped.

The hotel was clean and hygienic. Purei's service was attentive and thoughtful, and the room service was also very friendly. When we requested an extra set of toothbrushes, slippers, and bottled water for our child who wasn't using a separate bed, they were delivered quickly. We had an early flight the next day, and the hotel even thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. It was excellent and highly recommended.
