The hotel is located in the heart of Cameron Highlands, and the surroundings are pleasant. The room initially looked quite good. However, the room's decor is dated, and the sink doesn't drain properly. The showerhead in the shower stall is too close to the wall; when I tried to adjust it, it just fell off. There are also some design flaws: the shower floor and the bathroom floor are on the same level with no barrier, causing water to overflow from the shower. There's also no non-slip mat in the shower.

A renowned British antique hotel, the afternoon tea and dining were exquisite and delicious. Staying here felt incredibly cozy. It's a great hotel for antique lovers and definitely worth a return visit.

Every gesture was heartfelt and personalized, making our anniversary celebration even more memorable. The hotel itself is charming, elegant, and full of old-world character, but it was the people who made the experience exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. No request was too small, and they were always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality felt sincere and effortless, making us feel less like guests and more like family. Thank you to the entire team for making our milestone anniversary so special and unforgettable. We leave with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Lakehouse, from the manager Ms Samantha to all her staff, they were attentive, friendly and their service was indeed impeccable. We had a lovely family suite, enjoyed the beautiful garden filled with beautiful flowers. The restaurant served excellent food, compliments to the chef with his creative cooking made a simple fried rice tasted heavenly, not to mentioned beef rib redang etc. A special thanks to Faridus who went out of his way to buy a can of lychee to make lychee martini for us! This is truly one of the best short holiday that we all will cherish & remember for a long time.
