The room was fantastic, split over two floors, and each level was very spacious and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options right outside and a large supermarket nearby for easy shopping.

The service was excellent! The only minor issue was that there wasn't a phone in the room, so I had to download WhatsApp to communicate with the front desk. Both pools were accessible and not crowded, and they even provided swimming floats, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time, and I'd love to try a balcony room on the second floor!

Booked this villa specifically for its proximity to Yoga Barn – it's a super short walk away. The environment is lovely, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and the Vietnamese pho place right outside is fantastic. This was my first hotel in Ubud, and I was extremely satisfied. They brought a sweet treat to my room every day, and the laundry service was very affordable. The staff were all wonderful and incredibly enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

I stayed in a few different rooms this time. 1. The Pankala is a standard room, which is the most common room type in the hotel, available on both the first and second floors. 2. I also stayed in a pool view room, located on the second floor facing the pool, and it has a beautiful balcony. 3. I also stayed in a Vutpala room, which is on the first floor and has a private courtyard and a bathtub. Personally, I prefer the pool view room. If you're staying for several days, I recommend booking all at once; otherwise, you'll end up moving rooms like I did, though the staff will help you with your luggage. Very satisfied.

Really liked it, the staff were great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ubud. The hotel breakfast was amazing and delicious! The room was also very clean, and you can walk to the Monkey Forest and other attractions. There's also a famous rice paddy restaurant nearby.
