The location was fantastic, and the facilities were great. It was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was so satisfied that I extended my stay by an extra night. If you're heading to Ubud and looking for a reasonably priced accommodation that isn't a private pool villa, I highly recommend this place. However, the soundproofing in the connected rooms isn't great between the doors, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to request a room that isn't a connected one!

I had an amazing stay at JAPA Suites & Villas in Ubud! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat away from the busy streets. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Location is also convenient, just a short ride to Ubud center but still very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bali!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They gave us a warm welcome with towel decorations in celebration of my birthday, which was a lovely touch. There was a wide selection of breakfast options to choose from, and everything tasted great.

Very clean. The establishment really manicures their gardens and pool daily and regularly. Although insects were unavoidable, but our experience was really great. We got to experience nature closely at a comfortable pace. Plus the staff were really attentive and always greeted us whenever we go in or out of the place. Our small suite booking also allowed us to enjoy complimentary sumptuous duo- breakfast and tea every single day.
