This is our 3rd time staying here and it doesn't disappoint. The tiki bar is the hot spot and Daniel is phenomenal taking care of everything. 5 stars!!!

The grounds at the Bungalows are really beautiful. The bungalows are clean and comfortable. The hot water in our unit (#407) was lacking consistency. While taking showers the water would become freezing cold and take a long time to warm back up. The food was really average. The drinks were also average. Nothing special or spectacular about the food service. The pools were clean and nice. We found plenty of seating and umbrellas. The gym area is very small. The kayaks are beat to crap. Overall, nice place, but exceptionally expensive for what it is. Value for dollars spent is one of the worst I have been at. It would be a good value at about 1/3rd of the price.

Way over priced, $300 up charged for the supper was a waste, we had a basic lunch without drinks and our suggested gratuity was $42 bucks. You can stay way better places for way less. I wouldn’t even pay $700 a night if I went again.

Amazing luxury experience! From check in to check out the staff was attentive and fulfilled every need. The dining experiences were top notch. Check in/out experience was amazing. I can’t say enough about the attention details and the attentiveness of the staff. If you are looking for a traditional “beach” this may not be the place for you as it is man made leading up to the gulf waters which are comprised of mainly coral reefs. There are plenty of water activities that surround the coral reef setting offered and observing the wildlife is amazing. The amenities and the accommodations are fabulous. Highly recommend!

We spent our honeymoon at the Bungalows and it exceeded our expectations! The food and drinks were phenomenal and the resort was beautiful. The workers were very friendly and hospitable. Most notably, the bartender Daniel was very charismatic and personable. We will definitely be going back!

Had a great time here! Cute, comfy bungalow room. Housekeeping did a great job, the resort was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly. Gigi’s poolside service was amazing, Nicole & Roxi were fantastic at the tiki bar. The snorkeling excursion was amazing, I recommend this! We booked for a low occupancy time so never had to fight for any lounge chairs, didn’t have to wait for paddle boards and never felt cramped. I would visit again!

From the moment we arrived, the resort failed to meet the standards that were advertised and expected: * There were no bicycles available despite this being an advertised amenity. Staff said they would bring us bikes but never did. * At approximately 4:00 p.m., there were only one staff members available to assist guests at the only open place to have food which is completely unacceptable as all guests are checking on most likely hungry. * We experienced significant frustration trying to have our vehicle brought around due to inadequate staffing as well. Not to blame the team but the staff was too lean to accommodate as they even stated to us. * We were informed that the manager was out of town, leaving no one available to address guest concerns. I was told to call the following day rather than setting a manger to call me as a customer. * The food quality was poor, and only one dining location was open at a time, severely limiting dining options. * The check-in process reflected a noticeable lack of staff and poor overall service. * When I attempted to raise these concerns at approximately 8:30 p.m., there was still no manager on site to speak with. * Turndown service occurred around 7:00 p.m. The staff knocked only twice before opening the door without permission, which was a serious invasion of our privacy also unnecessary since we just checked in. * Our room: sink doesn’t drain. Our bed had a swim suit crotch protector sticking on our sheets. Front slider won’t open. * Final straw while getting ready to leave the resort looking out our bungalow window a member of the staff purposely ran over a lizard. Then turned around to run it over again then came back to look at it leaving it squished in front of the villas who does that. These repeated service failures created an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience that fell far below the level of service expected from your resort. We ended up getting our 2nd day refunded however 1500.00 for the less than 24 hour stay was refused for any refund which is very disappointing since it left us trying to find another place for our last day of vacation. The resort is beautiful but the customer service standard and concern was well below what should be expected for this process point. Zero care for the client.

4th July experience was good, fireworks and boat tours were excellent. Food pretty good, entertainment was just OK, not as good as previous years. The bungalow had a problem with water temperature consistency. Too hot one moment and cold the next. Called front desk who were "surprised" and said they would send someone immediately. I bumped into a maintenance employee so i asked him if there was a problem in general. Despite the front desk "surprise" when i complained he told me there is always a problem and to run the outdoor tub hot water for a few minutes before turning the shower on. Didn't work at all, water still fluctuates between too hot and too cold ever few seconds. Bogie & Bacalls were reluctant to let me in because I had open toe (albeit trendy and not cheap) sandals but it was OK to let people in with scruffy sneakers!! .BTW, Fish Tails food is every bit as good and doesn't cost any extra to eat in there. Overall our stay was enjoyable although stupid expensive for what you get. All the staff are friendly and helpful but extra shout out to Isabella our beach waitress and of course Chris and Halle on the Tiki-Tai plus Kudos to Pablo and Ismail, two of THE most professional and helpful restaurant waiters.

Our stay at Bungalows Key Largo exceeded every expectation we had and was worth every single penny. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. Check-in was seamless and welcoming, and the bellhops immediately made us feel like valued guests. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped, creating the feeling that you've escaped to your own private island. Every path, garden, and outdoor space was meticulously maintained, making the ambience absolutely breathtaking. The accommodations were incredible. Our bungalow was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The private outdoor area truly felt like our own personal oasis—a peaceful retreat where we could relax and unwind. Housekeeping deserves special recognition because they seemed to magically appear throughout the day, quietly keeping everything immaculate. It honestly felt like having our own personal fairy making sure our room was always perfect. The amenities throughout the resort were outstanding. The pools and outdoor gathering areas were beautiful, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. Every corner of the property was thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious, tranquil atmosphere. The entertainment on the beach each day was a special touch and all of the entertainers were concert worthy! The dining experience deserves its own five-star review. Every meal was more than just food—it was an experience. Every restaurant exceeded our expectations, and every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner because each one felt like a special occasion. The staff is truly what makes this resort unforgettable. The service was unlike anything we've experienced anywhere else. A special thank you to Chase, the Food & Beverage Manager, who was exceptional and helped ensure every dining experience was perfect. Hemingway Bar quickly became one of our favorite spots, thanks to Mac, whose personality, professionalism, and expertly crafted cocktails made every visit memorable. Mac knew our room number, name and drink preferences after our first encounter. He is definitely a 5 star bartender! Breakfast was always a highlight thanks to Manuel. His attention to detail was simply remarkable and far beyond any level of service we've ever experienced. He anticipated every need before we even had to ask and made each morning feel special. Penelope was another wonderful server who always greeted us with a genuine smile and consistently provided warm, attentive service. Steve, at Sea Senor, was very warm and personable and gave us great suggestions and perfect service. And finally, GiGi deserves the highest praise. She was hands down the best server we encountered during our stay. Whether she was serving us poolside or in one of the restaurants, she immediately greeted us by name and made us feel like we were her favorite guests. Her kindness, energy, and personal attention made every interaction memorabl
