We’ve stayed here before and have loved it in the past but this time everything looked dirty and grimy. To the floors in the lobby, the food particles in the elevator, the nasty stained sofa in the room, the smell in the room, to the grimy floor of the bathroom. Everything was gross. The parking situation is a little bit of a pain as well. But the location is great! The bed was comfortable and the Starbucks downstairs was very nice. We did stay at the Embassy Suites, which is a couple blocks away and they offer free breakfast and nightly drinks. Their facility was much cleaner and more comfortable so we will stick with them moving forward.

Convenient and Cute This hotels is just steps from the riverfront areas. You can walk to shop, dine, and play. Only negative was the pool was closed during our stay and that was one of the reasons I choose this hotel.

I did not get information from the hotel regarding parking until I went to check in. I do not like having to use my card to get in and out of the parking lot. Poor instruction for getting out, causing long line of cars due to drivers trying to figure out how they can get out.

Great location, nice staff and spacious rooms Very nice hotel, great staff, room and bathroom were spacious, and great central location! Will choose it again!
