Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future.

Was there 2 nites. Staff was very nice! But… No housekeeping at all. Needed another towel. Called housekeeping & front desk several times & no one picked up (did get the towels tho, but no beds made, etc). Room HVAC was wonky: either too hot or too cold. TV didn’t work. Bar wasnt open when we wanted to get something. Always seemed like it was closed.

The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and the riverwalk. Overall it is a good quiet, and clean hotel. Breakfast options are limited and coffee service is a Starbucks. WiFi did not work when we arrived but it was repaired the next day. Valet is prompt.
