Xi'an Lintong Angsana Hot Spring Hotel

Drove here for a weekend trip to visit the Terracotta Army and booked this place in advance. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. Once inside, the room had no weird smells, the mattress had a comfortable medium firmness, and the cleaning was very thorough. The service was also great. All in all, the value for money exceeded expectations. I will recommend it to my friends.

1. Great location! The hotel is quite close to the Huaqing Palace, Terracotta Army, and Mount Li, and taking a taxi is very convenient. 2. In terms of hardware, this hotel is practically the flagship of the Banyan Tree portfolio in China—truly top-notch. After experiencing the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot springs, Chinese restaurant, and hot pot buffet, all our previous concerns were completely put to rest. 3. The only area for improvement is that most activities for children come with an extra charge. Given the reasonable room rates, this is understandable, but if the goal is to position itself as a comprehensive family-friendly resort, they really need to address this!

Very convenient for traveling with kids, and the service was top-notch. We arrived right at lunchtime, so we had a meal at the Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious.

It was remarkably spacious, airy, and bright, without feeling cramped at all. The bedding deserves special praise—the firmness was just right, super comfortable, and it instantly melted my fatigue away for a solid night's sleep. What impressed me the most were the thoughtful little touches throughout the hotel. Traveling with a child, we found a toddler toilet seat already provided in the room, making our family stay completely hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel is very eco-friendly, with almost no single-use plastics in the room, keeping it clean and green. There were even sweet reminders about reducing food waste. The quality and care shown in these details really won us over. The overall setting is serene and quiet, with gorgeous landscaped gardens. Its laid-back, leisurely vibe makes it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. A full 10/10 experience! From the service and cleanliness to the ambiance and thoughtful amenities, everything was spot-on. It’s ideal for family trips and leisurely getaways. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back next time I need to unwind!

The overall design is in a garden style, and the large central courtyard is especially great for photos. The location is very convenient, and I highly recommend staying here. The personal butler service was also exceptionally warm and thoughtful, helping to replenish amenities and checking in regularly. Big thumbs up! Almost every year, my family and I come here to stay for a few days. The environment is quite good, and the private hot spring rooms offer a quiet and undisturbed bathing experience. The overall setting is dominated by greenery. The housekeeper is warm and the service is very thoughtful. They always answer any questions we have and are genuinely concerned about our stay experience. It's really nice to come and soak in the natural hot springs during your leisure time. All the staff are very patient with their service!
