Xi'an Lintong Angsana Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel service is excellent, and any issues were promptly resolved. The butler was very responsive, making it a great experience for new guests and families with children. The hot springs were fantastic, and the service in that area was also great; my nails looked beautiful, and the spa was very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend the outdoor children's playground, though, as there was no service, and the staff's attitude was quite poor. The pet park was clean, but they charge for all children regardless of age, and adults accompanying them also need a separate ticket. The purebred cats and dogs were interesting, and the service was good; my child even got to pet a snake. Overall, my child had a wonderful time!

The hotel is quite large and about a 30-minute drive from the Terracotta Warriors. The facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is just average.

The hotel is conveniently located with a great atmosphere. My schedule was quite tight this trip, so I didn't get to try the restaurant. I'll definitely come back next time to sample their specialty dishes! Plus, the butler's warm service was excellent. They helped with restocking amenities, arranging things, and coordinating the hot springs – all very detailed. The natural hot springs were also very comfortable. Next time, I'll definitely make sure to stay longer to experience more.

I wholeheartedly recommend Teacher Yuanye; he's incredibly skilled at capturing natural moments, so you don't have to force awkward poses. He's gentle and patient throughout the entire process. Enjoying a relaxing hot spring bath while getting beautiful photos taken—it's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth a special trip to experience!

The hotel facilities are quite complete, and the butler service is warm and excellent. The amenities are comprehensive, with a bathtub and a spacious balcony. The children's pool also has a heated section with circulating fresh water, and the natural hot spring hotel pool is open 24 hours. The hot springs are natural, and overall, the service is very good. All the restaurants are open, and the small cakes at Datang Bar are delicious.

My friend's trip was fantastic, and the butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. Our stay was excellent, and the kids had a blast, even participating in a treasure hunt. There was a parade on Saturday, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing – definitely a natural hot spring, making this a perfect family-friendly hotel. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The hotel service was excellent, attentive and welcoming. It's perfect for a family trip. The hotel environment is also very good, the rooms are spacious, and the air is fresh. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely come back again.

The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting Jiajia. Her service was warm and thoughtful, and her responses were quick. She helped us coordinate our room and arranged dog-walking routes, which made everything so stress-free. Our child had an absolute blast; the craft activities were different every day, the indoor playground was clean, and the outdoor playground was spacious. The hot spring play area had slides and water features that kept them entertained for ages! Being able to bring our pet meant no one in the family was left out. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for Jiajia again!

This is our second stay, and the butler, as always, was wonderful. Their service is truly as thoughtful and heartwarming as their name suggests. This time, we booked a suite, which was perfect for my grandparents, parents, and child. My little one loves swimming, and the pool connects directly to the outdoors. The weather was great, so my child had a fantastic time. We plan to visit again during the summer or National Day holidays.
