Old luxury in one of the best locations in town. Great service, very clean and well kept. Would come again, but the road noise is unfortunately no joke.

Hotel is perfect, walking distance to plaza indo and grand indo. There is a secuirty check at the entrance so you'll feel safe. Welcome drink available and staff were pretty much helpful and polite. Second stay here and will be our fav hotel.

Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making both us and our children feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made travelling with kids so much easier. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The swimming pool was a favorite with our kids, and all the facilities were clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and many of Jakarta’s popular attractions, making it convenient for family outings. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta for your genuine hospitality and impeccable service. You made our family holiday truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Jakarta.

Hotel room is nice and large enough with sofa set. Breakfast is good with a wide spread of international and local food. The food at the club lounge is delicious and impressive. They have very fresh sashimi. Special thanks to Miss Salvina from the club lounge for her professional and service oriented attitude towards her work. Will be glad to meet her again for my next stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta Hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mandarin Oriental. The location is excellent, situated very close to Grand Indonesia. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Although the hotel is somewhat older, it has been very well maintained and continues to offer a comfortable and elegant experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of quality options.

Pros: Exceptional service, luxurious clean comfortable rooms as expected from the MOS Amazing dining experiences with Indonesian, Chinese, French options available. Massages are reasonably priced and of superior standard, around 1M IDR. Cons: Next to an incredibly noisy main road that can get loud (yes, LOUD) on weekends due to motorcycles racing. We lived on the 23rd floor and had to use the provided earplugs. The hotel lobby itself is quite small. Afternoon tea is only served at the Club Lounge, at a reasonable 700k IDR. No connecting malls but Plaza / Grand Indonseia is just an easy 7 min walk. Would stay here again, but might explore other options during my next trip.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with two giant shopping malls within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. While the soundproofing isn't the best, getting a room on a higher floor is a great workaround and kept things quiet enough. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Also, don't miss the Sunday brunch buffet at Cinnamon, absolute value for money.
