TRUE GO Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Jiaotong University Subway Station)

Every time I bring my kids to Shanghai, I choose to stay at Atour (Jiaotong University store). The hotel is about 100 meters from the subway entrance, making it convenient for sightseeing, and ordering takeout is also very easy. We love staying in the city view balcony tatami room; it's so comfortable to wake up and see the phoenix trees from the balcony. The environment is great, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the location is absolutely superb – close to everything for dining, drinks, and shopping. Overall comfort is top-notch, highly recommended! It's also just a 10-minute walk to the famous Wukang Building.

There's an air purifier by the bed, and the light stays on and can't be turned off, which is a dealbreaker for light sleepers. The room is also quite small and not very friendly for women who like to do their makeup – there's no vanity mirror, and the room lighting is so dim it feels like getting ready in the dark. My makeup turned out to be a rough guess... totally ruined my mood.

The location is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from Jiaotong University Metro Station. Although the hotel is small, it has everything you need and is very clean. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch. It's close to all the shopping areas. Overall, highly recommend!
