The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-ins and even offered hot tea. They proactively upgraded my room and were very friendly to my kids, even giving them small hair clips or toys. The Atour Planet bedding, Pulanter mattress, and deep sleep memory pillows are absolute 'sleep essentials.' The room hygiene standards are strict, the overall environment is quiet, and the breakfast is rich and fresh.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the authentic Chongqing noodles are absolutely delicious. They also have a dedicated laundry service with washing, care, and drying. I stayed at the Atour Hotel (Jiefangbei Bayi Plaza) for a business trip. It's conveniently located within walking distance to Hongyadong. The hotel truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful details that really impressed me: there's a book bar in the lobby where you can relax, laundry service, and even late-night congee. In the room, you'll find everything you need, from combs and 75% alcohol wipes to noise-canceling earplugs. The shampoo left my hair smooth and not dry at all. I have to praise the breakfast: the milk and coffee came in lidded paper cups, which was a nice touch. There were also mango slices and cashews, and the hot dishes included celery with shrimp and okra with goji berries. For grains, they offered corn and yam. The ingredient selection was clearly well-thought-out and nutritionally balanced. Overall, it's a warm, comfortable, and always reliable choice.

The hotel is close to all the downtown attractions, making getting around very convenient. The front desk service is top-notch; the ladies are enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. The breakfast noodles are delicious, with a great variety, fresh fruit, and the pillows are super comfortable. I did my laundry at the hotel's 'Chuchen' self-service laundry room and then went for a run at the 'Hanchu' gym. This kind of slow-paced trip is truly recharging 🔋

The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, often featuring local specialties like pea and minced pork noodles (wanzamain) and Dan Dan noodles. The 'Late-Night Congee' served after 9:30 PM is a thoughtful touch, especially for those returning late or traveling with elderly family members.
