It was okay sheets needed to be changed. I used my disposable travel sheets. And space needs to smell good & housekeeping must double check their work. This would be my last option pick

We had a wonderful stay here for a friends wedding! The woman at the concierge desk was very helpful trying to apply an e-gift certificate towards my stay. Clean facility! Only complaint is the elevators are very slow.

I requested a wake-up call which was very important and it never came. This is after visiting the reception and making the requst.(she made a note but didn't call)

Clean and beautiful only down fall was I asked if I can have a late check out 12:30 originally was 12 and I was told NO.

They didn't give me the room that ******* had for me.They gave me a different room, and I was very disappointed. No sofa bed. TV was bad could not see picture at all too dark on every channel. Brightness wouldn't work.

Tidy and very easy going experience. Just as a hotel should be. Could use an update here and there, but all fine and in order

Bathroom door doesn't close. TV was glitchy and not many channels to choose from. TV had "soap opera effect" turned on so movies looked like garbage. Room was clean but not spotless. Get rid of the ottoman. Heaven knows what those stains are.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The only issue I had was that the bathroom door not only didn't stay closed but you could see in!! Not good when you're traveling with family.

There was a ketchup blob on the counter that was hard - guess it was sitting a while and our heater was super noisy
