its near bukit bintang mrt . The hotel is connected to starhill mall so u can walk in from there too. Forgot his name but it was rly nice for him to upgrade me 🥰

Amazing hospitality and staff. From the bellboy to the housekeeping staff, everyone was courteous and always smiling. The rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing water pressure and temperature - which is hard to come by in Asia.

The JW Marriott completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed at many of the ‘luxury’ hotels in KL and the service here during my stay was the best. I want to especially thank Linda, I believe was her name, from the front desk for being so helpful. The location of the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur is unbeatable if you want to shop or explore Bukit Bintang. I will be back.

Excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and great service. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with shopping malls, restaurants and food options all within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing shopping trip in KL!

The location is fantastic, but the traffic right outside is indeed quite heavy. The hotel is very welcoming to Chinese guests. When our credit card failed to process the deposit after multiple attempts, they waived it altogether. The staff greeted us warmly whenever we came and went, proactively asked for our license plate number and kept an eye out for our ride while we waited, and enthusiastically helped with our luggage. Rooms on higher floors are relatively quiet. The facilities are not overly outdated; while there are a few missed spots during cleaning, it is generally good. Housekeeping is prompt and includes turndown service. Overall, it's a great place. None of the messy issues mentioned in the negative reviews happened to us. Perhaps the hotel has improved since those reviews were written? Anyway, I had a very pleasant stay...
