Their service attitude was excellent, they patiently answered all my questions, and handled things efficiently, leaving a great impression. The room was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The buffet offered a good variety of choices, and it's very close to the subway station. Taking a stroll along the river behind the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore at night was very relaxing, and there are many bars there too.

After the renovation, the rooms are brand new, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It's conveniently located near the MRT and bus stops, and you can also take a stroll along the Singapore River. It's a truly ideal hotel.

Staying at this hotel completely ruined my trip. I've been to Singapore twice, and this stay has made me never want to come back. On the first day, I found stubble on the disposable razor, and it seemed like the disposable toiletries had been used before. The hygiene issues were really off-putting and made me feel very unsafe. I stayed for 5 days, but disposable slippers were only provided on the first day and never replenished afterwards. The in-room tea and coffee weren't refilled daily either; it was completely hit or miss. The management of room consumables was utterly chaotic. The front desk staff had terrible service. Requesting ice required communicating with a phone AI, and it cost 6 yuan per bucket, which is incomprehensible. Also, the hotel pool is very small, which significantly diminished the experience. This is the second time I won't be staying here again. A tip for friends traveling to Singapore: When checking in, make sure to read the terms and conditions carefully and, if necessary, get them translated and confirmed. Many details, if overlooked, could lead to fines. Most importantly, durians are strictly forbidden in the hotel, and violations will result in penalties. This is a painful lesson learned from a 300 SGD fine. ⚠️ Reminder for travelers to Singapore: Make sure to understand the terms and conditions when signing at check-in, and translate them if necessary to avoid unintended penalties. Absolutely do not bring durian into the hotel, as there will be fines.

I was too tired from all the activities to check out the pool this time, but I'll definitely give it a try next time. The water looked really clean, and the hotel itself is quite large. The driver told me this hotel is very popular and gets fully booked quickly during peak season.
