Potique Hotel

Absolutely EVERYTHING was great! The room had a sea view, and the noise didn't bother us at all. We had free transfer from the airport and to Cam Ranh, to another hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfasts were amazing, with fresh juices, salted fish, cheeses, fruits, soups – too many delicious things to list. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and the service and cuisine were wonderful! The pool on the 24th floor had a captivating view. We stayed on the 10th floor and sometimes had to wait for hot water from the tap, but those were minor details. I would definitely want to return to this hotel!

This was my first time visiting Nha Trang, so I really put a lot of effort into finding accommodation. I wanted a place with a sea view but not too noisy, and a delicious breakfast. After much searching, I decided on Potique! It was an excellent choice! It's a shame I didn't get to use the pool, but the staff were incredibly friendly, and its city center location meant I could walk to all the best restaurants and spas. It was a truly wonderful experience!

Mixed feelings about my stay: - Stylish hotel with beautiful common areas and rooms, but some areas had chips and wear and tear. - I saw reviews mentioning diverse and delicious breakfasts, but in reality, for a 5-star boutique hotel, they were disappointing: limited vegetables and salads, and only one or two types of cheese and cold cuts. They can't cook eggs properly: the poached eggs were vinegary with scattered whites and just slopped onto the plate (other hotels present them nicely). On the second day, I didn't dare order them again and settled for cold scrambled eggs. I would suggest improving the quality of the European menu items. - Room: Spacious and quite comfortable. However, the bedsheet was torn, and there were stains on the armchair.. (( - Housekeeping: For some reason, the bath mat wasn't replaced. - Service: I'd like to commend the hotel's flexibility here: the transfer to the beach was excellent, and my request for a two-hour late check-out was granted. - Rooftop pool: Mixed feelings. The glass was dirty, which spoiled the charm of the infinity effect, and there were too few sun loungers, placed too close together. Otherwise, the depth and size were fine. - Beach area: I couldn't get a sun lounger.. (This was inconvenient, as it was one of the criteria for choosing the hotel.)

The hotel is close to the city center, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and speak good English. There's parking available outside and in the basement. The security guards are also very helpful and kind. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean, 5/5. They provide two types of slippers: straw and rubber. We got 4 complimentary bottles of water daily. It's near the food and shopping streets and close to the beach. Plus, there's a large gym with plenty of equipment and a rooftop pool. Everything was absolutely wonderful for me.

The hotel creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout your stay, from the lobby to the beautiful rooms. Every detail, from the slipper design to the entire interior, is thoughtfully curated, blending Eastern luxury and sophistication with Western management. The staff speaks English, and the pool on the 24th floor is stunning. Breakfasts are delicious, with smoothies and fresh juices available. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the small details in their service really highlighted the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere. The only minor drawback is that many rooms have interior-facing windows; only the sea view rooms have exterior windows. The pho right next to the hotel is absolutely delicious.

This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room. The service was also just okay; they didn't offer to help with luggage proactively.
