Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Connected to PIM easy to hang out till drop. The room and the facilities are modern and comfortable. The lobby and the welcome drinks are comfortable while waiting. Lifts are also quick without much queueing.

InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is hands down the best hotel in Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, it felt incredibly safe, welcoming, and just like a home away from home. Honestly, the service here is excellent and absolutely spotless from start to finish. Whether it was the front door staff, the concierge, the receptionist, room service, housekeeping, or the breakfast team every single department nail it. What makes it even more special is the genuine, warm smiles from all the staff members you encounter.

Breakfast buffet selection was incredible, very convenient location adjacent to PIM. The check in process was a bit slow tho, we needed to wait for an hour for the room to be ready. Other than that everything was awesome.

It was my first time in Jakarta and first time staying in Intercontinental hotel. The service upon arrival was so good, Charlene was the receptionist attending to us. Everyone has made our stay extremely pleasant and I would definitely stay here again!
