This onsen ryokan allows guests to use multiple hot springs within the same group. It offers a one-night, two-meal plan at a reasonable price, providing excellent value for money. Dinner also includes a complimentary drink bar, and there's free parking available.

The staff speak English, provide excellent service, and offer great recommendations. You can use their affiliated onsen facilities, and they have a shuttle service from the bus station. When you arrive, just call the hotel to pick you up at the bus station.

The location is acceptable, the hot spring water is hot enough, and walking on the tatami in the room is really comfortable.

This hotel is excellent! I checked in a bit late, and a Filipino staff member was incredibly helpful, assisting with the check-in process and introducing all the facilities. On another note, I realized I had left something behind after checking out and called the hotel. It was the same staff member who answered and immediately helped arrange for my forgotten item to be mailed to my hotel in Sendai. I'm very grateful for the hotel's service and its warm-hearted staff. I also commend the hotel for its excellent staff training. The next time I return to Zao, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Not only that, but the hotel's facilities are also fantastic, especially the large public bath – soaking in the hot spring after a long day really helps to relieve fatigue!

Had a great experience, the hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the pork for dinner was delicious. It's also only a 5-minute drive from Zao Ice Monsters, so the location is excellent. I'll definitely be back for another hot spring dip!

This hotel near the ski resort was just okay, nothing special. The hot springs were a huge plus – the outdoor springs with the beautiful trees were amazing. Breakfast, however, was pretty average. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to both the #4 and #3 cable car. I definitely recommend the hot springs; everything else was just alright.
