Cleanliness: Housekeeping was provided daily, and the team put great effort into keeping the room clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious for travelers, and the lighting is well designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Service: The staff were patient, polite, and did their best to fulfill requests whenever possible. One small suggestion would be to consider using shower gel and shampoo with a fresher scent, although this is not a major issue.
Food: The breakfast offered a good selection, and the breakfast room has a beautiful mountain view. For long-stay guests, it would be nice to see some variation in the breakfast menu from day to day, as the options remained largely the same throughout the stay.
