Hotel Museo Los Infantes

Hotel was full of character and our room was clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room as a welcome tbh. ( 3 euro in reception) Bar tender took liberty with helping himself change on table when ordering a drink. No mis communications. Cheek. Didn’t have breakfast but if you like a coffee before 10.30 it a bit of a rigmarole. We wouldn’t advise taking information from reception on buses as we ended up getting a taxi for our next connection. Double check.

I was walking with a friend, but had to take a bus to Santillana. The hotel is close to the bus stop. The guy at Reception was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we visited on a Monday, and the museum was closed.

Cozy and really nice play to stay. While facilities may seem outdated, it honors Santillana del Mar ambiance. Being a place that greets pilgrims for Camino de Santiago, I’d suggest them to place the luggage in the assigned rooms; I had just hiked 26km and had to carry it a couple of floors! Almost lost my feet! Restaurant was closed for the day but at the bar Adriana went the extra mile to prepare my supper. Kudos to her since it was only her second day at work!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the edge of the medieval town of Santillana so very well located. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was enormous and quiet. The beds are huge and very comfortable and the en suite bathroom was also large with everything we needed. I recommend having the generous breakfast as that offers a huge range of delicious meat, cheese, fruit, cakes, bread plus many local delicacies which kept us going all day!

Lovely hotel in a lovely town Easy to find the hotel and you can stop across the road to unload bags. Very friendly staff and the room was large, clean and very quiet. There were seating areas on each floor and the hotel was spotless with a nice bar area and outdoor seating. At the front of the hotel there were tables and chairs and a gazebo where we stayed to enjoy churros and chocolate from the bar. A lovely hotel in a lovely place and we will definitely be going back, both to the hotel and the town.

Unique historic building. Extra privacy door in each room. Accommdating, friendly staff. Lots of restaurants in short walking distance. Wonderful historic town to explore.

Lovely, historic hotel, close to the centre of the town. Room very comfortable. Friendly & efficient staff. Parking nearby, close to tourist information office.

The hotel is well located within the town but there is no parking. The rooms had a musty smell and are not well designed. No working air conditioning. Overall it’s ok but expensive for what it is.
