Just like other reviews mentioned, the owner is very warm and welcoming, which made me, a solo traveler, feel much more at ease. The air conditioning is cool, the hairdryer is powerful, and the shower pressure is strong. They provide indoor slippers and earplugs. It's conveniently located near train, metro, and bus stations, so transportation is a breeze. While breakfast isn't included, they offer coffee, biscuits, and yogurt, which was more than enough! 👍🏻 Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel boasts a great location, not far from Rome's Termini train station. There's also a metro station nearby. Most of Rome's attractions are within walking distance. The hotel owners are an elderly couple who are incredibly warm and hospitable. They provided plenty of snacks and bottled water. However, the rooms are a bit small, and the shower is somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel is extremely conveniently located, less than a ten-minute walk from the train station and just over ten minutes from the Colosseum. The metro station is also a ten-minute walk away. Dining and shopping are all conveniently located nearby, offering a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city. In addition to numerous Italian restaurants, there's also an authentic Sichuan restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the windows facing the street are well-insulated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is a small, family-run guesthouse with fewer than ten rooms. The owner and hostess are very kind. We arrived by train before noon and had only wanted to store our luggage, but the owner went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in. During our two-day stay, the owner or hostess would proactively ask if we wanted water every time we left or returned, and would provide us with two bottles. Given the heat and the high cost of water in Rome, their generosity was truly generous. They also provided us with a detailed guide to Rome, including two maps and a guidebook with directions. As for security, the hotel door is locked, but you can open it with your own key after checking in. There's also a small safe in the room. Furthermore, the owner or hostess is available 24 hours a day at the front desk, providing extra security. Our trip to Rome felt particularly warm because of staying here. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location; there's a Google-rated (4.8 stars) Italian restaurant just 200 meters away—the tiramisu is delicious! The hotel service is excellent. Christina, an elderly Italian woman who has worked there for many years, speaks excellent English and is very talkative. She also really likes China. The hotel is also very clean. The only issue is that the rooms aren't soundproof; everything else meets expectations.

The room was super clean, the cleaning was very proactive, and it smelled wonderful every time I came back. The air conditioning was always on, and it was very cool! The landlady was incredibly kind, providing endless snacks, bottled water (she even boiled hot water for us Chinese!), and free iced lemon tea and juice! Although there's no elevator, the landlady was always very helpful with our luggage! She even drew us a map... Also, it's very close to the train station, within walking distance of many places. You can take a bus/train/Uber to the airport, and the landlady can also help call a taxi! I love it here! I'm so glad I made this the final stop on my 20-day European trip!!

The hotel was very clean. While it's certainly more expensive than in China, the price/performance ratio is quite basic. However, the windows are well-insulated, making it very quiet at night. It's also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The highlight was the helpful staff member, Christina, who planned our daily itineraries. She's a real Rome lover. During our three-night stay in Rome, we only needed a taxi for the Vatican. Christina called one for us and escorted us to the taxi. The ride cost 17.50 euros, and we walked the rest of the way. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope Francis, who passed away last year, is buried.
