My family and I stayed here, and everyone was very satisfied. The hotel offers a Disney shuttle service, which saved us the hassle of waiting in line for a taxi. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the kids loved it. The room had great soundproofing, so both the elderly and children slept soundly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the front desk staff was very patient and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is a great place to stay whether you have a long layover in Pudong airport or if you are visiting Disneyland. They have a free shuttle bus from / to the airport which is very convenient even if you arrive late at night. The room is very beautiful, the place is quiet and perfect for a good sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in, I used the lobby restroom, which was old and a bit dirty. The package pick-up area was even worse—smelly and filthy. However, the room itself was excellent. It was large, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast, though, was really disappointing; most of the dishes were cold, and only the wontons were edible.
