The hotel's design is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast, a semi-buffet, was exquisite. However, the room was a bit small, and the balcony even tinier, which was a bit of a disappointment upon entering. On the bright side, the bedding was very comfortable. A word of caution: the bottle necks of the complimentary water by the bed were very dirty, so do check before drinking. Also, the showerhead in the bathroom was set surprisingly low; I'm not sure what the design intention was there.

I specifically chose not to stay at IHG or Marriott properties because I heard that local Vietnamese and French-owned hotels were excellent, and indeed, upon arrival, I found that to be true. - **Great location + quiet**: There's a street nearby with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment, and on weekends and evenings, it transforms into a pedestrian zone, making it considerably quieter. - **Well-equipped facilities and excellent service**: The decor is stylish and tasteful, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. It also features a rooftop lounge where you can enjoy sunset views and the night scenery. The breakfast was good, and the overall service was attentive and thoughtful. **In summary**: This is a great hotel in all aspects, I would confidently recommend staying here.

The hotel's service was absolutely wonderful. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome fruit platter and tea. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, and the bed was super large and soft. The overall French-inspired decor was a style we hadn't experienced before. Breakfast was also fantastic and not to be missed. When we checked out and were waiting for a taxi, the porter even waited with us until our car arrived. We were so touched! Even though Hanoi itself might not have breathtaking scenery, the warm and friendly service we received made it clear why this place attracts visitors from all over the world.

The hotel's breakfast was good, but after I went for breakfast, the toilet started bubbling. I asked a staff member to clean it, but it started bubbling again.

The hotel facilities are great and it's very clean! Its downtown location is super convenient. Plus, the hotel has its own massage service, and the therapists' attitude and technique are even better than places outside. I kept going back every day during my stay, and I'll definitely visit again next time.

The environment is great, and the reception was very nice.
