Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires Palermo

A nice hotel in the Palermo district. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Front desk staff were unaware of the ******* VIP perk, but then offered a nice fruit basket.

The Dazzler on Humboldt Street. The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to get around.

Great stay in the best location! Outstanding service and great location! We stayed three times during our trip and we always loved to come back. Rooms are pretty different. It makes sense to get a more spacious corner room when staying longer.... The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with all you would probably need.

The service is awful on this property. People seem to have an attitude, a condescending one. One person who was so welcoming was Tomas Divita who helped us set up our SIM cards and helped with getting appointments for services. He truly is the HEART of this hotel. I hope someone will recognize the hard work he is doing in this place. Hope the rest of the staff will follow his example of providing superior customer service. Also, have enough towels so guests don’t call everyday asking for fresh dry ones. The hotel staff made a big deal the last day of our stay about towels. It felt like we were in a motel not hotel. The breakfast is very bad as well. For sure not a 4 star one.

It is ok. Cold room when I came. Took a long time to heat. Key never worked, had to go down to fix every day. Poor breakfast.
