Galaxy Minyoun Chongqing Yunyang Hotel

Jianglai Mingyu Shanya Hotel is really great. The staff provide attentive service and respond very quickly whenever you need anything. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable to stay in, and the amenities are complete and easy to use. The overall stay experience was wonderful, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit. By the way, Yunyang is truly beautiful, and the lovely receptionist provided exceptionally great and professional service 👍

Five-star review, and I really want to highlight the hotel's service. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were polite and attentive, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The housekeeping was meticulous, and disposable amenities were fully restocked. Whenever we had questions and consulted the staff, they answered them patiently and thoroughly. The reliable service really gave us peace of mind, and we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Yunyang is absolutely beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel service was very attentive. The receptionist who checked me in was patient while verifying my details, and proactively informed me about breakfast hours and the floor layout. When I needed extra bottled water, I contacted the front desk and it was delivered to my room very quickly. The room was neat and clean, the staff were polite and friendly, and the drinks were great too. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

The front desk service was incredibly attentive. Upon seeing me struggle with heavy luggage, they proactively offered to help. Check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and the Wi-Fi password for my room. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent. All the facilities were in perfect working order, making for a truly comfortable stay overall.

The front desk service attitude and awareness were just okay, perhaps that's typical for a county town as there aren't many options. The breakfast was quite poor except for the noodles. The surrounding environment was nice, and the mattress comfort was acceptable. As for the so-called 'special services,' they were really hard to describe!

I stay at this hotel every year when I come back. The front desk service is professional and efficient, check-in is quick, and the staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are well-laid out, spacious and not crowded, with moderate lighting. The rooms are clean and the bedding is odor-free. There is full WiFi coverage with smooth and uninterrupted internet. Hot water is available 24 hours a day with stable water pressure. The rooms are well-insulated and quiet at night so as not to disturb my rest.

The room was very clean, and the room key card elevator access system deserves high praise – it really enhances security. The hotel parking lot is also very large, so parking is not a problem at all. It's the best choice for those traveling by car. 👍
