Wow! There are only 5 guest rooms in the whole place, 2 on the top floor and 3 on the next level. Full communal gourmet kitchen on each floor with bins in the fridge to separate your food from other rooms, but the food outside your bins is for anyone to share. You may find bananas and papayas on the counter from the property. You also have your own mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in your room. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas...all provided at no charge. There is a laundry room to wash stuff if needed. Cute, friendly outdoor cats. On the property, goats, cows, turkeys, pigs, a variety of birds that come to the feeder...Just magical! We hardly saw the other guests. They were all thankfully quiet. Everything was clean and the woodwork just beautiful. We requested the breakfast on on last day and it was wonderful. Recommend having a car. It's less than 2 hours from Kona, and much less touristy!
