Had been staying at kempinski since I was a child (brought by my parents) and now I am bringing my children here. Quite over priced comparing to similar grades but the hotel was very well maintained. Service is always at its best. Breakfast can be better with more selections. If one thing to improve, will be the hair dryer. It’s still using the old heavy styles with weaker power.

Arriving in Bangkok for the first time, I chose the Siam Kempinski, a hotel brand I'd never stayed at before. After this experience, it will definitely be my first choice for future trips. The hotel had a strong festive atmosphere, especially with the Chinese New Year decorations and rituals, which made Chinese guests celebrating abroad feel right at home. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few steps away from major shopping malls like Paragon, offering an incredibly diverse range of food options – literally everything you could ask for. I even tried a Thai milk tea with gold flakes at Paragon, making the experience perfect. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel offers a tranquil and beautiful environment. For families with children, there's plenty to keep them entertained without even leaving the premises. For breakfast, 2 to 3 restaurants are opened depending on the number of guests. The food selection is the same across all of them and quite extensive. They even had Thai-style fried dough sticks with pandan dip, which was a fun and interesting touch. All hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I particularly want to commend Mr. Chettarin from the F&B department (I hope I got the name right!) and a few of the doormen. They were all patiently helpful with any taxi-related issues. Should I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again, the Kempinski will undoubtedly remain my top choice.

This hotel is super close to Paragon shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Erawan Shrine is also just about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there aren't too many guests, so you don't have to queue for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this hotel!

An established hotel that lives up to its 5-star rating, though it's quite standard. The location is convenient; you can directly access the mall from the second floor, which has everything you need. The hotel's restaurants are also excellent. It just lacks a bit of a 'wow' factor.

Been staying here for many times and have nothing to complain about the facilities and amenities, except that it was the first time to stay in an executive room and those are rather small and have a weird layout where there is a glass bathroom sticking out in the hallway and if u r not careful you will bump into it during night on your way to the restroom. Staff‘s service and attitude was rather questionable at check in but the front office manager made it up. So all good.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel's facilities, dining, and cleanliness were impeccable, and its location right next to a large shopping mall was incredibly convenient. I was particularly impressed by the Kempinski's service, which was exceptionally friendly towards children. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Always enjoy my stay there! Very well maintained property in one of the most convenient locations in BKK. Feels like home and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The kids club is also great with lots of activities. The Christmas decorations are also lovely this time of year.
