Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

Seriously, you HAVE to come here! This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The attention to detail in their service is fantastic; you genuinely feel valued as a guest. The staff are enthusiastic but not overbearing, the rooms are superb, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious. Plus, the minibar has a great variety!

This hotel is my go-to choice every time I visit Bangkok. Both the service and location are impeccable and thoughtful. The front desk staff are polite and friendly. The doormen in the lobby are incredibly attentive and helpful, always rushing to the street to hail a taxi for us. Montisha, the room attendant, is very meticulous and keeps the room spotlessly clean. Amm, Aim, and many other staff members responsible for the vehicle services at the entrance are very dedicated and try their best to assist every guest. The restaurant staff and all employees encountered in public areas always wear a warm smile. The hotel offers a complimentary golf cart service to Central World, which is very considerate. It's also conveniently located near Siam Paragon and the BTS station. I always stay in a Lounge room, which makes the experience even more pleasant with excellent breakfast. However, this time I wanted to try more local food outside, so I didn't opt for the Lounge. Every stay here is a joyful experience.

This is my fifth stay at the Siam Kempinski, and I absolutely love the attention to detail in your service. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older, the service from check-in to the tall male lobby manager is consistently perfect. He even meticulously printed my son's homework for me on my last visit, and his service was flawless again this time. The executive lounge's service, food, and every well-trained, heartfelt smile truly leave a lasting impression on guests. I'd like to commend the outdoor security guard facing the Paragon corridor; he immediately smiled and directed traffic safely across the road when he saw our vehicle arriving from the other side, despite the hot weather and wearing a suit – very professional and dedicated. I've stayed in countless luxury hotels, and every visit to the Siam Kempinski leaves me extremely satisfied. Thank you.

The highlight of my entire Bangkok trip was unexpectedly this hotel! It's hands down the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. Initially, from the photos, I thought it would just be similar to the Mandarin Oriental Singapore's family rooms, but it absolutely blew that out of the water. This hotel genuinely puts effort into its service. The family room actually had a Nintendo console, a children's toilet, and a full set of Sebamed children's toiletries that were replaced daily. All the complimentary snacks were incredibly delicious and something you can't buy elsewhere! The living room also had a kitchen and a washing machine, making it feel just like home. Both the room and the living/dining area were spacious enough, not cramped at all. The family room even had a secret little door for kids to go back and forth from the living room – no child could resist a family room like this! The hotel breakfast was also incredibly delicious! The staff were all very friendly! In short, if I ever come back to Bangkok, it will definitely be for this hotel! It's absolutely worth every penny!

The hotel felt luxurious, the service was excellent, and the location was superb. You could walk right out of the lobby and into Siam Paragon.

The service and food are top-notch. It's a truly international hotel, and mercifully, no loud guests (you know the type). If you enjoy a quiet and elegant holiday, this is an excellent choice. The only downside is that it's expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I've stayed at many excellent hotels, but this one is definitely among the best, with outstanding facilities and service. There's no need to visit other sky rooftops after your stay, as you can simply use the lounge here. Wine, champagne, and finger foods are all complimentary. Early and late check-out are available, and the lobby staff will pretty much accommodate any request you have. Even after check-out, you can still use all the facilities, including the lounge, sauna, spa, and pool. So, if you have an early morning flight, you can just check out in the morning without booking an extra night and still use all the facilities. Highly recommended!
