Everything was so good about this hotel. From the moment you checked in you feel so welcoming. From services to cleanliness to location, 5 Stars 👍🏻… Will definitely stay at Siam Kempinski again when I visit Bangkok. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room were spacious though we don’t think the lounge was worth it as it lacked dining options. Morning breakfast at the lobby can be quite crowded and chaotic. The restaurant manager were cold and indifferent though most servers were friendly. The fried eggs and omelette were a big disappointments as they tasted soggy and bad. Quality of the food is average. While most of the front line staff are friendly, the golf cart driver left us alone several times outside of the hotel, leaving us in the dark. The room were refurbished but some minor issues include uneven wooden floors which you can see the floors in the room are quite dated and rotten. The bathroom facilities were a major disappointment as the shower head and shower tap fall down twice, which could pose eminent safety hazards to guests. Beddings are okay but the delivery of services are quite slow.

Was a little disappointed when the one i book didnt have the bathtub. The swimming pool is also underwhelming. However the location is super good and the buffet / super friendly and helpful staff makes up for everything

There were plenty of engaging activities throughout the day, from arts and crafts to interactive games, keeping the little ones entertained for hours. What stood out most was how attentive and friendly the staff were—they genuinely cared about the children’s experience, making it easy for parents to relax and enjoy the rest of the hotel’s luxurious amenities. The pools were also very family-friendly, adding even more fun to the stay. If you're looking for a place where both parents and kids can have an amazing time, this is easily one of the best choices in Bangkok.
