The service and food are top-notch. It's a truly international hotel, and mercifully, no loud guests (you know the type). If you enjoy a quiet and elegant holiday, this is an excellent choice. The only downside is that it's expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I've stayed at many excellent hotels, but this one is definitely among the best, with outstanding facilities and service. There's no need to visit other sky rooftops after your stay, as you can simply use the lounge here. Wine, champagne, and finger foods are all complimentary. Early and late check-out are available, and the lobby staff will pretty much accommodate any request you have. Even after check-out, you can still use all the facilities, including the lounge, sauna, spa, and pool. So, if you have an early morning flight, you can just check out in the morning without booking an extra night and still use all the facilities. Highly recommended!

The Grand Hotel is truly impressive, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the shower facilities are top-notch. It was a lovely surprise to receive a cake and decorations for my birthday. The minibar is complimentary, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the mall. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and diverse! Highly recommend! 🤤👍

The best hotel in the Siam area, considering its location, facilities, staff, and food. I recommend booking an executive lounge room; the afternoon tea and evening cocktails are outstanding. Highly recommended!

We expected more from the hotel, but our expectations didn't match the reality. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location, BUT! The rooms are a bit dated, especially the family room we were given. Worn-out and squeaky floors, a dirty sofa and table – even the cleaning service fell short here. We managed to arrange a swap at reception for two double rooms instead of the family room, which is commendable for the team, well done! In return, we gained access to the lounge on the 17th floor, where we could order breakfast from a menu, enjoy a mini buffet from 2 PM to 4 PM, and from 5 PM, drinks, including alcoholic ones, were provided. The minibar in the room was complimentary.

The location is super convenient, right next to Siam Paragon. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is absolutely delicious. They also provide a complimentary golf cart service for transfers to and from Siam BTS, Central World, Siam Paragon, and other spots, which is incredibly helpful. The hotel room itself is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is great! The room is spacious, very clean, and super convenient. There's a skywalk directly connecting to Siam Paragon downstairs. The spa is absolutely first-class, fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Bangkok.
