The owner is friendly. I checked in at 12am and checked out at 9am . Good for transfer as it is near airport.

Our questions were answered by the staff. The breakfast was coffee/tea + a few different types of sweet buns. Narrow steep stairs to the second floor, no elevator. For us this was the first night after intercontinental flight. It was important to be located near the LAX airport and to have a parking place for the car to get some sleep before continuing travelling next morning.

The owners are making a big effort to renovate this place. It’s a gem in the process of being restored. Near the beach and the airport. Price was great.

To my surprise, my room was decent and clean. No smells, stains, roaches and the vinyl floors were clean.
The facility itself is old, hallway carpets are dirty—needs major upgrade.
Despite it all, if you want a decent, clean and comfortable stay, I recommend you stay in this hotel.
I might book another night while waiting for my apartment.

The outside looks pretty beat up and creepy but the inside is cute and clean. It’s decent for the price and it’s close to Redondo Beach so it’s perfect for me. The staff was nice and I will be a returning guest.
