Amari hotel is excellent and family friendly hotel. We chose a connected room. There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel buffet is very delicious and varied. It is close to all places and near by 7-Eleven.

Amari Pattaya boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive and clean. The swimming pool is thoughtfully divided into a kids' area, a splash zone, and an adult section, catering to all ages. Next to the pool, there's also a kids' playroom with staff on duty to supervise children for extended periods. Since our stay was during peak season, there were many guests, so we had to queue for breakfast during busy times. Even with the wait, the staff managed the arrangements very efficiently, and the waiting time wasn't too long. Additionally, the hotel features Prego, an Italian restaurant specializing in pasta, where children can sign up for a fun pizza-making activity. It's a delightful experience for both adults and children alike. Highly recommended!

Amari Bangkok exceeded all expectations! Located right in vibrant Pratunam, it offers unbeatable convenience for shopping at Platinum Fashion Mall and CentralWorld. Our room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and featured breathtaking city views. The plush beds ensured a restful night’s sleep after exploring the city. The breakfast spread was exceptional, filled with fresh Thai dishes and international favorites. Above all, the staff's genuine warmth made us feel so welcome. We will definitely return!

Wow.. we enjoyed our 3 nights stay.. friendly hotel staffs and nice room.. tried body massage @ Breeze Spa - good service .. will return when in bangkok:)

Nothing to complain about this 5-star hotel, except 1) the lift is horrible as always full during peak period (hotel to consider sensors to redeploy lift as it’s always full during 9-11am period) and 2) the road construction outside which cause a jam (not within hotel’s control). Gotten quite a good deal for Club room at SGD 280/night. Room is big with 2 double beds for 3 pax.

The elevators were slow during peak hours. One morning, we went for breakfast 40 minutes before it ended, waited in line for about 10 minutes, and many dishes were no longer being refilled. The photo shows the result. The breakfast itself was a 4 out of 5.

Very accessible to shopping. Very friendly and nice hotel staff. The downside is the lift need to wait very long some times.
