Highly recommended for traveller who likes to visiting Everland theme park to stay over. Very convenient place and friendly receptionist. Hotel included free pick up service. Hotel to Everland, hotel to subway station. Breakfast is nice too~~ peaceful and secure. We will definitely come back next time.

Firstly, they said their pool opens until September but we arrived on the first week of September and we are told it’s closed and their website has wrong information, why?  Secondly, not the cleanest hotel I have been, under our bed there was something belonging to previous people who booked.  Lastly, the lady at the front office seemed so annoyed when we required help or information from her.

Location wise if going to Everland is definitely a plus point. They can arrange free shuttle too. But I am VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ I send message via Trip.com and emailed them on having a simple birthday decorations or surprise for my husband, the answer was uncertain and when further asked no reply was given. No surprise was prepared. If I would have known I will cancel or rebook another hotel. Turned out my husband birthday he had no surprise no nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED..... And room balcony was very dirty... Hotel kinda old.

Very clean and spacious. Nice environment and great that it has free shuttle to and from Everland. Only a few minutes away from Everland which is perfect for me!

The hotel is clean, though it’s located quite far from the city. We chose to stay here because it’s very close to Everland, which made it easier for our child to rest and not wake up too early. The free shuttle bus to Everland is a nice bonus.

Right next to Everland, it's so good! 👍👍 The room is super spacious and the staff are incredibly friendly. ✨ A hidden gem I want to keep all to myself!
