Calling this a five-star hotel is a joke, it's more like a budget inn. They claimed to have a swimming pool, but after checking in, we were told it was closed. The hotel surroundings are completely barren, and the restaurant was even more ridiculous. Breakfast had very few options, and the coffee was just instant 3-in-1 coffee like you'd find in a cheap motel. The food they served bore no resemblance to the pictures. Location is great if you are looking to hang out around PIK2 and to a certain extent, PIK. When available, there is free shuttle available. It is a very Chinese hotel with most signages in Chinese. Room is big and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good Would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in this hotel when coming to PIK 2 area. Love the environment, they provide the exact compliment like those in China. They even provide shuttle service to PIK area. The room itself is spotlessly clean.
