Motel 6 Wethersfield, CT - Hartford

It was a good room good to stay here the room was clean

It was the conscience the location was great as well but the bed size was just a little smaller than I expected

Our first-floor room was not available, and we were told we could have a second-floor room or cancel. The entire floor outside the room had a strong urine stench. The floor of our room was dirty. The walls in the bathroom looked as though someone had painted them with feces. The sink did not drain. The lights were extremely dim and sparse, making the room dark. The room next door was noisy all night, and there was yelling outside our room all night. It was the worst motel/hotel experience we have ever had!

I mean its a cheap motel but like some things are a little wild, like the bathroom light didnt work, there was a liquid on the floor when I got there in random puddles? I cleaned it but was confused. The towels were pretty soft so I gave an extra star.

Stay away from this place, eveb though there are signs that states no smoking...the smell of cigarettes in the room is terrible. There are spiderweb everywhere. When I shared my concerns at the front desk, she said she is only the receptionist and nothing could be done since she is not a housekeeper.

If you are going to stay for a night and just sleep, then it is "okay" But don't stay any longer. Rooms are extremely small. No fridge or microwave. They say it is non-smoking but when we went in, the room smelled of smoke. The hotel itself also smelled and it just looked VERY run down. Also the toilet took forever to flush.

COLD AC - Good hot water-nothing was bitting me while in bed- had a ok good night sleep... had to buy bleach just felt away tub dirty- the bad lots of dogs in room on beds- homeless people - left early fight woke me up scared me more like a extended stay rather then hotel. Lots of restaurants u can walk to lots....thats a Good thing!

The room itself was clean, the bed also seemed clean. There is no refrigerator/microwave. The biggest issue I had was with the bed, the bed needs a big upgrade. Every movement you would hear the metal springs crying out, I'm not sure if it's springs inside the mattress or the box spring, but it was annoying and uncomfortable.

Room was not as advertised. Pictures dont match at all. Was supposed to be a king size bed, was a full size bed. Floor was sticky in multiple spots & the inside of fridge was dirty. Ended up driving 2 hours home after a concert & didnt stay the night the room was so gross.
