The hotel offers free parking. Take the elevator down from the parking garage to floor C (the *** floor) to access the lobby. Check-in is on the left-hand side of the main entrance, so it's easy to find. The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you can hear planes in the evenings and mornings. Also, while the rooms don't have windows, there are glass doors connecting the living room and balcony. However, the soundproofing isn't great. If you can't stand any noise, you might want to consider another hotel.

Due to bad weather, I decided to extend my stay in Las Vegas for an extra day. After comparing options, I chose to stay at the same hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but after speaking with the front desk, they changed it to a twin room, which I was very happy with.

A series of strange things happened, and the hotel did nothing to resolve them, making all sorts of excuses and showing chaotic management. I booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com and ***********, and I can honestly say this is a hotel I'll never set foot in again. At first glance, the facilities seemed okay, but strange things started happening every day from the second day onwards. Losing something might have been my own carelessness, but then a strange blue chewing gum appeared on the carpet, and one night, a glass of water I'd left out was found overturned and far from its original spot when I returned to the room. The weirdest thing happened on the last night: after showering and getting ready for bed, I found the pillow completely soaked (I checked the ceiling, and there was no leak). I have no idea what happened. The hotel just kept telling us to submit a security report, and then there was no follow-up. To this day, I still don't know what really happened. The hotel said they would waive the resort fee and offer a late checkout on the last day, but when we checked out, they still overcharged us and gave us a bunch of bills that made no sense. To this day, their finance department hasn't replied to emails or issued a refund. In short, don't stay here.

The environment is great! It's just that the walk from the parking lot to the front desk and then to the room is too far! It's not very friendly for older people.
