The hotel pretty much goes all out with its amenities; it's stacked with luxurious hotel hardware. The breakfast here is the biggest plus – it truly blows away hotels of similar caliber. For the night view, I highly recommend getting a room with a view; my room didn't have a Bund view. Remember to turn off the lights at night, otherwise, you'll only see reflections of the bed. I was really surprised that the hotel was full of foreigners, hardly any Chinese people. The in-room iPad control system is better than many overseas hotels. The butler service response time is very fast, truly fast. Here, you can also have a 'million-dollar exit' experience similar to Bulgari when checking out. I'm serious.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer breathtaking views of the Huangpu River, the Bund, and the Lujiazui skyline. We saw the sunset in the evening and the city lights at night – it was all spectacular. The room decor is exquisite, with smart controls, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Every common area is picture-perfect. The service was incredibly thoughtful; our butler, Raine, handled both our check-in and check-out perfectly. Overall, no complaints at all. It's the perfect place for a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle, a brief moment of relaxation. Highly recommended!

While hotels may vary in their hardware facilities, it's the service, like Eve's, that truly captures one's heart. Room 120 is a must-go; the extra-large floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Huangpu River night view into a flowing painting, with the soft glow of the Oriental Pearl Tower twinkling outside the window. The check-out process was also smooth – a benchmark for luxury hotels.

The front desk manager, Mina, was exceptionally warm, professional, enthusiastic, and efficient! Check-in was a breeze. We could take in the full view of Shanghai, from sunrise to the glittering nightscape, experiencing the city in all its different weather conditions. We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset with fiery clouds this time, which truly doubled the experience. The service was excellent, with prompt room service and professional, attentive elevator attendants who even guided us to our seats at breakfast. The rooms featured heated floors in the bathroom, smart toilets, and iPad-controlled smart features. The hotel's public areas offer unparalleled views, while the guest room views are slightly less spectacular, but still perfectly acceptable and definitely worth a stay.
