Check-in was quick, and Shawn provided great service and upgraded our room. Location: You can see all the landmarks of the Bund right from the bathroom! Breakfast: Delicious! The egg tarts were amazing! Stayed for 4 days, and the menu changed every day! Room: Very spacious, with a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily, including beer, soft drinks, milk, and sparkling water! Yuki at check-out was also super nice. She gave us a postcard, and when I asked if I could exchange it for a luggage tag, she happily did so for me! So happy!

Mainly here to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. I heard that J Hotel Shanghai Tower has its unique charm and I've always wanted to experience it, so I decided to choose a place where we could both dine and stay. The hotel's characteristic is that it's filled with art collections and a blend of Chinese and Western cultures. The overall service was quite good; they allowed us to check in early. Our butler, Amy, was very responsive and thoughtfully coordinated with the restaurant. The service from Guest Relations Manager Liu Hai was even more enthusiastic. During the 'Journey to the Clouds' tour, she specifically arranged for my dad to be the first one to stand in front of the ancient art treasure, the BMW on the 120th floor, for a photo. We had a very pleasant and wonderful time~

My recent stay at the elegant J Hotel Shanghai Tower was made exceptionally memorable by Eve. During check-in, she proactively gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Later, our butler, Eve, paid a warm in-person visit to welcome us, bringing a local gift and checking in to see if we were comfortable or needed any adjustments. Every little detail was taken care of—how else to describe her other than utterly professional and heartwarming? The high-altitude views are simply stunning, and the night view is breathtaking ✨. The exquisite bedding is wonderfully comfortable; the mattress hits the sweet spot between firm and soft with great support that cradles your back, while the duvet is fluffy, lightweight, and breathable—it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. You can even choose your preferred pillow height, and the front desk thoughtfully sent up alternative pillows. A total game-changer for anyone with neck stiffness ✌️. And the breakfast was super delicious, too! Meeting the right people during a hotel stay just elevates the entire experience to the next level.

This upscale and magnificent J Hotel Shanghai Tower is truly breathtaking, offering top-notch service, immaculate cleanliness, a superb environment, and first-class facilities. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but everything was so exceptional that we immediately extended our stay for another night. The staff were exceptionally attentive and warm. Miss Yang Jiani’s service touched me deeply; her meticulous care made an overseas traveler like me feel so welcomed and warm. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

We decided to celebrate a special occasion by staying at J Hotel Shanghai Tower. Before our arrival, our butler Raine called to give us clear, detailed directions on how to get there and where to park, and even reserved a wonderful window-side table for our dinner in advance. The next day, we enjoyed a guided tour of the hotel's art and treasures in the clouds, learning all about the designer's vision and the luxurious interior details. Our stay was exceptionally comfortable, and we’d love to come back again!

Staying at J Hotel Shanghai Tower with my child this time was a wonderful experience overall. I especially want to thank our personal butler, Evee, who welcomed us so attentively from the moment we checked in. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about our stay. Although we didn't chat extensively, every request we had was answered promptly. Right after check-in, Evee immediately checked to see if the room was comfortable and even prepared a welcome gift for the little one, which made my child so happy. That thoughtful little touch was truly heartwarming. Children's requests can be trivial, but the butler quietly remembered and followed through on every single one of them—every question was answered, and every detail was taken care of, which gave us such peace of mind. With that kind of meticulous care from start to finish, we will definitely choose to stay here again next time we come to Shanghai. J Hotel Shanghai Tower not only offers breathtaking city views, but its service also truly lives up to its positioning.

From the spacious, elegant, comfortable, and stylish rooms with cutting-edge technological facilities, to the Huaiyang cuisine at the [Heaven Jin Restaurant] on the 120th floor, everything left a deep and unforgettable impression on us.
