I stayed in the River View Club Suite from December 27-29, 2025. The room was very spacious and comfortable! Upon checking in, I noticed the safe wasn't working, so I called the front desk using the in-room phone. After waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I called again and was told someone would be right there to fix it. I then took a bath, and when I drained the tub, the entire bathroom flooded, likely due to a pipe issue. I called the front desk again to report this and mentioned that the safe still hadn't been fixed. I told them I was heading to the Club and then dinner, and that maintenance could enter the room to fix things. After dinner, around 9 PM, I returned to my room. The bathtub issue was resolved, but the safe still hadn't been touched, so I called again. Finally, someone came to fix it.
