Atour Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport)

The hotel was clean and tidy, with spacious rooms, and we got a room upgrade upon check-in. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Transportation is convenient, and the airport shuttle can be booked in advance. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

Quite close to Pudong Airport with a shuttle bus service! This Atour hotel is much larger than the others. The leisure area features garden landscaping and horticulture, making it great for both family trips and business travel! The courtyard is filled with the fragrance of sweet osmanthus—full of autumn vibes!

I stayed in a superior king room for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations! The whole room was smart-controlled, and the smart toilet was a great experience – very easy to use. The room was meticulously clean, the environment was quiet and not noisy, and all the facilities were brand new. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were efficient. It's very suitable for business travel, highly recommended!

I've always had a good impression of Atour, but this is the first time I've been disappointed. The facilities are very old, the back of the chair was broken, and the sound of running water in the middle of the night kept me awake. When I asked the front desk for fruit, they said it was only for Atour Platinum members. I felt very uncomfortable, like I was being discriminated against.

This was my second time staying at Atour. The front desk offered to upgrade my room, but unfortunately, the 7th floor was very smoky that day. So, they kindly moved me to an 8th-floor room of the same type I originally booked, which was great, I couldn't find any fault with that. However, there's no smart control system or smart toilet. The room types listed on their website must be incorrect. No smart features at all! Neither on the 7th nor the 8th floor. I can't remember if the 5th floor had them, but my room yesterday definitely didn't. You have to manually close the curtains and adjust the room temperature yourself. The front desk mentioned that they don't have smart controls because the hotel was built a long time ago.

My stay at Atour Hotel Pudong Airport was fantastic! ✨ The free airport shuttle service was a huge convenience, and the room was clean and comfortable with soft bedding.
