Atour Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport)

Rooms at Atour are always top-notch, and the restaurant is great too, with a lovely atmosphere. It's a solid choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. My only issue this time was with the invoice – they got confused because two guests had the same last name and couldn't figure out whose bill was whose. Their operational efficiency definitely needs some improvement.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel environment was great! Also, the shuttle bus drivers were very kind!

Environment: It's located behind a residential complex, so it's quiet. Service: Warm and attentive. Breakfast was decent, met normal standards. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport.

The breakfast is light and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely come back next time. They even gave a lovely little souvenir, an artemisia hammer.
