Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong

The room was great, big enough for one person. But there's one thing I really don't understand: the pool was closed all night! It didn't rain all night! There was no wind! They said the pool was closed because the government issued a thunderstorm warning. Is that reasonable? Does the Hong Kong government really manage things that strictly?

First of all, I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Katie, the front desk colleague, for her professionalism and attentiveness to guests. Without me even mentioning that this stay was to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, Katie noticed it during check-in and arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room at 12 o'clock, creating a wonderful surprise. However, the cleanliness of the room was truly appalling. We found a cockroach in the first room we were assigned, and after moving to a suite, we discovered a pile of trash behind the sofa! Fortunately, Katie's professional and thoughtful surprise made me very satisfied with this stay. I sincerely hope that the room's cleanliness will be significantly improved, so as not to waste the professionalism and hard work of the front desk staff!

Highly recommend this hotel! For Hong Kong standards, the room is quite spacious. The location is excellent, right inside a mall, and the MTR station is just over 100 meters away. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding.

Excellent hotel location, very close to the metro, tram, and bus stops. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, and the waterfront nearby. The staff was attentive; they helped with luggage storage and even found a forgotten item. The breakfasts were delicious, offering two types of salmon, local and European cuisine, and plenty of fruit. I recommend booking a room with a harbor view and a window in the bathroom. There's a pool. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but overall, it didn't spoil the impression of the stay.

The hotel was close to the station, and the staff were very friendly and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean, and the gym and pool facilities were excellent. The harbor view from my room was absolutely fantastic.

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is located in North Point, offering convenient access by public transport or taxi. The hotel rooms are on higher floors with sea views, and the outdoor pool also boasts an amazing view.

The room view was exceptionally good, and breakfast was also delicious. The location is quite good. However, check-in at the front desk was incredibly slow; we waited for a very long time. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the sea view room we booked was absolutely beautiful.

The location is in North Point, but it's very close to the MTR station, making transportation convenient.

I read some reviews before booking, and many mentioned issues with the facilities. However, my actual stay exceeded my expectations. It's a rare sea-view room, and the room facilities are all very new. There's even a small speaker, so you can play music if you want. There are charging cables on the desk, placed quite casually, so I didn't notice them at first. The only thing is the hotel's price changes so quickly, sometimes several times a day, which is why I stayed elsewhere for the first few days of this trip. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
