The room is quite spacious and the facilities are very new. The breakfast is abundant, and some dishes are updated daily.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. (The gym on the fourth floor is open until 10:00 pm). 1. The room facilities are relatively new. (The room is not as big as the one next door at Alona, but it's sufficient). 2. The room and balcony are quite spacious; we stayed in a premium room. 3. There are two swimming pools. The main pool is open until 8:00 pm; the infinity pool on the fourth floor is open until 10:00 pm. 4. The infinity pool on the fourth floor has a happy hour for alcoholic beverages with a buy-one-get-one-free offer (from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm). 5. The breakfast selection is limited (leaning towards Korean and Filipino styles). Breakfast time on the LG floor is from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. 6. Check-out time is 11:00 am (quite early). 7. If you arrive early, you can check in in advance. If there's an available room, you can check in early; otherwise, you can pick up your room key card at 3:00 pm with your voucher. 8. It's best to pay the hotel deposit in cash (2000p per night). If you use a credit card, the deposit refund might be delayed significantly after check-out.

Traveling with kids, the hotel environment was great, and all the staff were super enthusiastic, always greeting us with a big, eight-toothed smile. The doormen were proactive in helping us hail taxis or tuk-tuks. The hotel restaurant is right on the beach, with very fine sand, and the hotel pool is also fantastic. All in all, everything was really good.

The room offered pretty good value for money, right by Alona Beach. Stepping out, you're right on the sand, which is super convenient, and it's close to all the popular网红 restaurants. The environment was decent, but there really aren't any kid-friendly facilities, so it's not ideal if you're traveling with little ones. However, at least the pool is available for them to play in. Breakfast was okay, but you get what you pay for, so I couldn't expect too much. Overall, it was acceptable, but after browsing a few times, the room rate went up quite a bit. Ctrip's big data really is something!
