Extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, the front desk service was polite and attentive, and the luggage storage was great. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, a fantastic experience and truly great value!

Well-located with a spacious room and a very large bed. However… the parking access isn't convenient, and it costs €18. The bathroom door in the room was very noisy and inconvenient, especially at night. The heating/AC system in the room was too strong (even after turning it off) and made my eyes very dry. There was no duvet on the bed. We didn't find it comfortable to sleep with the sensation of both hot and cold.

It's decent. The overall environment is alright, and the location is good. For a small city, it's considered outstanding.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building, excellently located in the city center. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was quiet. However, the chandelier was very dusty; it looked like it had never been cleaned (room 511).

It doesn't live up to a 5-star rating. There's nothing: no gym, no pool, no spa. The restaurant and bar were closed on the evening of the 24th, making it impossible to eat. We asked to book the restaurant, but the receptionist responded, "I'm not your slave." We've never heard that even at a 2-star hotel. This is probably the worst 5-star hotel in terms of service and facilities in all our trips. I don't recommend it.

The hotel is very good, and the family of four lived quite comfortably. The decoration is also relatively new. It is not far from anywhere in the city center. There is a parking lot, and you can park for a fee. But the parking spaces are very small, so those with poor parking skills need to be more careful. The room is quiet. I left a small item when I checked out, and when I went back to look for it, it had been collected and stored by the waitress. Very satisfied
