Barceló Oviedo Cervantes

The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from the train station and fifteen minutes from the bus station. The bus station is across from the train station, so it takes a little longer to walk from there. We were assigned room 102, which is on the second floor. It's not street-facing, so it was very quiet. The room came with disposable slippers, tissues, and two 300ml bottles of mineral water were provided daily. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM and was quite varied. There were usually two vegetable dishes; while not delicious, they were edible, which was great. On our departure day, we had an early train, and the packed breakfast was also good. There's a medium-sized supermarket near the hotel, making shopping convenient. The hotel is not far from the old town, which is within walking distance.

Extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, the front desk service was polite and attentive, and the luggage storage was great. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, a fantastic experience and truly great value!

Well-located with a spacious room and a very large bed. However… the parking access isn't convenient, and it costs €18. The bathroom door in the room was very noisy and inconvenient, especially at night. The heating/AC system in the room was too strong (even after turning it off) and made my eyes very dry. There was no duvet on the bed. We didn't find it comfortable to sleep with the sensation of both hot and cold.

It's decent. The overall environment is alright, and the location is good. For a small city, it's considered outstanding.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building, excellently located in the city center. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was quiet. However, the chandelier was very dusty; it looked like it had never been cleaned (room 511).

It doesn't live up to a 5-star rating. There's nothing: no gym, no pool, no spa. The restaurant and bar were closed on the evening of the 24th, making it impossible to eat. We asked to book the restaurant, but the receptionist responded, "I'm not your slave." We've never heard that even at a 2-star hotel. This is probably the worst 5-star hotel in terms of service and facilities in all our trips. I don't recommend it.
