Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower

The room was clean and tidy, and the location is great – not far from the airport by taxi, and also a short taxi ride to the city center. Breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. Overall, the hotel environment is very nice, and the surrounding area is quite quiet.

Close to the University of Barcelona, convenient for getting into the city. We drove and had a private parking space. It's near the airport, and you can even see it from here. Downstairs, there was a great World Cup atmosphere.

The facilities are extremely old, like a hotel from the early 2000s in China. The last time I saw such outdated decor was in a period drama. The hygiene was okay. The environment was also decent, but the curtains were broken. Service was really subpar. When we checked in, both front desk counters were occupied, and the staff were engrossed in lively conversations with the two pairs of guests, completely ignoring us. We waited for over ten minutes before they even started processing our check-in, and the process itself was incredibly slow. Around 11 PM, we checked into our room and found the curtains were broken. We called for a repair, but no one came for over an hour. We had to call again before someone finally arrived to fix it, but by then, it was nearly 1 AM. The front desk staff were indifferent and showed no apologies whatsoever, which was very disruptive to our rest. However, the repair person was quite nice. Furthermore, I checked out at 7 AM, and it's nearly 11 PM now, but my deposit still hasn't been refunded. If it's not refunded soon, I'll have to contact them via email. Their efficiency is truly low. I won't be staying here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to my fellow Chinese travelers. It's just too mediocre.

The room was spacious and getting around was quite convenient. The metro station is nearby, and it takes about half an hour to get to the city center. The hotel service was professional and welcoming, definitely commendable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and made me appreciate the Hyatt brand even more. It's about a 12-minute drive from the airport, right next to a Spanish university that specializes in biology and psychology. You'll see students with beaming smiles, full of youthful energy. After a chat with the front desk, we got a free room upgrade and stayed on the 20th floor, which offered a fantastic night view. The best part was definitely the hotel breakfast. The variety was extensive, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly polite, actively clearing dishes for guests, and bringing coffee. The room itself was also very spacious. Having traveled from France to the Netherlands, this hotel in Spain is by far the most satisfying. Public transportation nearby is very convenient; you can take the Metro. If you have a car, you can ignore that, but taxis won't be cheap, though the price is acceptable. Taxis are across the street and readily available! I will definitely stay here again next time. By the way: The ship photo is not from inside the hotel. I didn't get a chance to take pictures. The hotel is about a 20-minute Metro ride to places like Casa Milà, FYI.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making parking and taking a taxi super convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lobby is quite grand and even has live music, making it a great choice overall.
