Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center

I love the location, breakfast was amazing. We did some shopping at Clay Terrace and Keystone at the Crossing, so a good location all around, it was a good stay.

The property is very new and public areas are kept cleaning. Housekeeping was a problem. Daily service was posted. Our room was serviced only 50% of our stay and we had to go to the front desk to get the room serviced on these days. Several days the rooms next to ours were serviced but ours was skipped.

Room was very clean and serviced every day without having to request it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were visiting from Southern, IL, attending the NCAA Final Four events in Indianapolis. The hotel is exquisite and very clean. CJ, the bartender, made every guest feel at home... and there were a lot of guests from ALL walks of life. The only drawback is that the young, brunette, who checked us in was less than unfriendly. Replace her and you'll get 10/10's across the board. 9/10, highly recommend.

Found dirty wash cloths in shower from prior guests. Couch in room was dirty/stained. Got there at 4 pm for check in and there were no rooms available but the sweet lady working Paula found us one. She had great customer service.

Pool floor and inside pool dirty and pool area dirty and needs more chairs and should be larger. Hallways to guest rooms are very humid and too warm. Beds are decent comfort but cleanliness and non fresh smelling is lacking. The restaurant is terrible. Slow service and not fancy enough. Food bland. Nice to have the free drinks and snacks but snacks by 6 pm were gone and the snack types are so plain

The room was dirty. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Staff was nice and location was good but I will not be staying there again. It is not worth the price.

There was a pet across the hall, had a sign on the door. Never heard any sounds. The hotel is beautiful. Welcoming, great amenities. The room was very nice but it's starting to look really dated. A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. I had to physically move the microwave to a different location because the kitchen plugs were not working due to being so loose from the wall. Cleanliness, it wasn't perfect. I pulled an extra quilt from the closet and it did not smell clean. I only kept it on my legs because I was pretty sure it hadn't been washed in a long time.

The bed was hard as a rock, I would have been better off sleeping in the parking lot on the concrete!
